Internet connection problem

Hello, I have a very irritating problem with my internet connection. I'm a complete noob at this whole thing btw, so I'll be telling the "story" from head to toe.

I bought my laptop in Malaysia, currently staying in singapore. When I was in M'sia the Wifi was good. I could go online like a normal person can wherever the wifi was. Now that i'm in Singapore, the wifi is horrible. it has mood swings. When I on my laptop, I would usually have to wait for a while before I can load webpages successfully. After a few minutes of using the internet, when I want to open new webpages in different tabs I get a msg saying the webpage cannot be loaded. However, I can still download movies as per normal, go on skype as per normal, FB chat as per normal; just can't open new webpages. Even if I stop all my downloadings, close the programs, I still can't open new webpages until the wifi decides to let me do so=.=

My roommate faces the exact same problem. Anyone knows what to do? :/

Oh, and this problem happens to whichever web browser we use.

My best friend from secondary school is an ass =/

I like him, he likes me. We both don't want a relationship. I only knew it thru my other best fren prolly 2 months ago. Long story short, I knew how he feels, but he doesn't know how i feel. He confessed to me when we were in form 2 once, and bcame a couple, broke up, confessed to me again in form 4, but I rejected him. BUT

He hardly ever finds me. Feels like I'm always the one that finds him first, then only we will start sms-ing/chatting.

It was all ok until recently, he misses his fren, a girl. he told me that, bcuz, well, he and I can talk just about anything in the world except his feelings=_= Jealous bcuz of this. I have no right to be bcuz he isn't my BF, heck, i dunno what we are. We're not a couple, we're not just friends, we're not "brother sister love" =_=

Now I'm in college and we're in different states, hardly see him and when we do, there are many awkward moments, too many in fact. However, when he calls/ we sms/ chat online, we could go on and on and on till no end.

Last I saw him was new year's eve, and we spent quite a long time together albeit the awkwardness. he called me after that, sms-ed me. all the lovey dovey feel was there, until just yesterday.

My main problem now is......

he makes me angry bcuz i like him alot. he hardly ever finds me even when we're both online and I now dunno his feelings for me anymore. I've decided to stop all contact with him and I did so, second day now and he hasn't even sms-ed or call me or anything I'm jealous of his female friends, he posted something on one of their walls, just sending his regards. He said he misses another. WTH is he thinking =/ cari semua kecuali saya

I have a feeling that he likes me. But i am not sure. My frens say that he does, based on what I tell them, and also bcuz they keep wanting to see us together! but i need a totally outside opinion.

He's been my very good fren since form 1... until now, i am 19.

we actually dated back when i was 14, then we broke up for some sort of reason. a few years later, i remember he asking me to be his gf again but i rejected. That sumhow makes me feel that he will never ever again ask me to be his. In fact, we can talk about every single thing EXCEPT us being in a relationship, or us that had a relationship.

He commented on my fb end of last year, telling me he loves me, but i seriously didn't know what to say, so i didn't say anything. then in the middle of this year, he gave me a kiss on fb (i'm in KL and he's not, we hardly ever see each other, hence, the fb). recently, he told me that he will marry someone younger, but will make an exception for me. when we talk on the phone, he will tell whoever that asks him who he's speaking to that he's speaking to his gf.

yeah, all these sounds like he likes me eh? but....... the way he says it, its like he's just saying it, and not from his heart, like saying it for fun, which is why i feel that he doesn't actually love me as something more than watever we have.

so... how? and how can I ask possibly directly ask him??

Hi, I've been staying in KL for quite awhile. Still getting used to it... Need to know some things tho...

1. Are there any ghetto/ pay per entry gyms nearby ANY star lrt or monorail stations?
2. How do I get to Taman Tasik Titiwangsa from Titiwangsa/Sentul station?

I'm staying near PWTC, where I can easily get onto the LRT and Monorail. Are there any gyms within walking distance there?

I do not want to take cabs as I'm afraid and also, am facing some financial problems...

Hope some people can enlighten me
