iPhone turn on only when wall charger only

Hi.

My iPhone now starts up (shows the apple logo and goes into reboot loop) ONLY when plugged into the wall charger and as soon as I take it off from the wall (or from the phone), it goes dead again (the battery is still about 40% and sometimes go 84% after 5-6 hours of trying this.

Can't get to switch it on with USB on my laptop. The only condition it will switch on is when plugged into wall charger. It happen after my friends call me.
I think it might be battery problem.

my iPhone after updating to 4.3.2, after press the sleep button, then press the home button it turns to white. but sometimes came back to normal. but it hardly to come back to normal screen. is it about bug on 4.3.2 iOS? please help me

battery usage and battery standby time is always the same. many times i've been restore 4.3.1 but it will ok for a few days - month. then it same again and the battery life become more faster life usage. anyone help me.
