as topic above,currently i wanted to expand one more industry(recycle). but i still short of some $, i dun like partnership business. beside personal loan anymore facilities can be offered by bank? i need 300k(i already got 300k on hand)need another 300k

as for GTFS he didn't mention can a startup business get loan from them or not.if not his interest in cheap.

hi guys,if u guys were me, what will u decided.

i have 20k cash and a perdana sei year 1996 automatic. my car's engine have some problem, petrol consumption is around 32-35sen per km.i also dunno what happen to my engine,whether i should take the 20k to modified my perdana or use it to buy a better car around 90-100k's budget for 2nd hand car?

monthly my shop net profit minimum is 12k permonth. but if i keep my $$ in bank is getting very slow interest rate.

i have invested some of my $ in unit trust,but this is a long term investment,need to invest minimum 3~5 year then only you really can see your earning. i have actually plan to take out my $$ in 3 years time to buy my own shop.if buying shares are very risky.

is there any safe investment which can earn more than bank's interest and FD?
