When I change the Samsung TV Gateway setting from 192.168.2.1 to 192.168.2.50, then Gateway Ping Pass, but no internet connection.

Please help.

Trobleshooting a faulty amplifier

3 years ago I bought a car amplifier. Lately one of the 2 channels is producing cracking noise. Not hiss noise, but inconsistent cracking.

1. The noise doesn't go away and remain the same even when I turn down the volume to zero.

2. The noise remain there even I unplug the RCA from my amp.

3. When I turn up the volume, the noise will go away sometimes. I'll then turn down my volume. After a few minutes, the noise will come back.

4. I have remove the amplifier and replaced with another amplifier, the noise is gone (with the new amp). But when I install back the old amp, the noise comes again.

5. The cracking noise level doesn't change when I adjust the "gain" on my amp.

Base on the above finding, I could draw the following condition:
1. The problem is not with the head unit (noise remained even RCA cables are unplug)
2. The problem is not with the grounding (noise only from one channel)
3. The problem is not with the power cable or other common components (external and internal)

Mostly like my amp is faulty. I do not plan to replace it. I'd like to fix it if possible. Is anyone out there be able to help? I don't practice EE so I have no idea what component in the amp need to be replaced.

National Number Length: 8
Use "1" for National Dialing: Yes

My problem:
When I dial a number: 012-1234567, no problem
When I dial a number: +6012-1234567, can't get through with error message from Maxis: The number dialed is not complete

I have seen someone advice to change the National Number Length to 10. This resulted problem on dialing both 012-1234567 and +6012-1234567.

The reason of having country code saved for some numbers because those were incoming call where I just saved when I was using old phones.

Opera Mini 5: Facebook, Engadget, Google
BB Browser: Google

Update:
MGMaps failed to load maps, I have tried both stored Google maps (downloaded via gMapMaker) and real time connection maps (Yahoo maps).
