Bought an apartment(July2009) with the intent to live in it for the long term .
Purchase Price RM 85500

took a loan for 17 years
Monthly 514
Interest rate at 4.55( BLR -2.05)

Dec 2010 Family situation changed .
booked a bigger apartment that will be ready in 2014.

What is the best situation for me to do with the first apt

What are the typical components needed for a rain shower ?

Has anyone used a complete wirless system to connect their pc to a LCD tv ?

Wirelees Keyboard , Mouse Sound and picture ?
( maybe a Gamepad also )
Room is not too far away about 20 feet but no line of sight to my couch

Hi Guys ,

Whenever we are watching a DVD / Downloadad movie on my 32" LG LH20 lcd tv there is always a black bar at the top and bottom
If i use the zoom on the tv then i cant get all the subtitles

Whys is the happening in the first place ? (thought all movies are in the 16:9 ratio ?

I just got a second hand Motorola Q9h for free ( Lucky Me )

for my home pc i have maxis broadband

on my mobile im using Celcom ( Whic is not too bad but could be better ) RM 50 Commitment per month

So im searching for a new Telco Provider which will provide me with cheap calls and cheap internet access for google/facebook from my mobile

i dont mind wired fron speakers but the rear is almost impossible to wire

and what is sony S-air ? my Father in lay bought the thinking they wer wireless but all need to be connected

Hi Guys

Am quite a newbie here ,

I currently have an LG LH 20 , Astro Connected with composite cable( yellw white &red ). Meck DVD player connected with component cable ( Red Green blue white and red ).
am saving up for a media player and PS3 for my gaming needs . Im looking in the 600 plus range . POHD seems good and Oaktree also because it can record . Which would you guys recomend .

My main concern is a player that can play the widest range of formats because i will be copying movies from all my frens HDD.

any suggestions ?
