Need to change Laptop cmos battery

I have a Compaq presario 2100 laptop and because of boot-up problem I need to change the cmos battery but unfortunately I can't locate the mounted battery on the laptop's motherboard. Frankly I can't believe I cant't see the battery. Maybe I am blind. Please help me. Below is a picture of the motherboard. Thank you

I've just reinstalled Windows xp Pro. Previously I was able to set the monitor to shut down after 20 mins but now even though I 've set that option it is not working. Anyone knows how to fix that? Thanks in advance

Upgraded my Pc -Need help

I just upgraded my PC to AMD dual core. I managed to install windows xp pro but the mouse and keyboard stop working at the Windows welcome screen. All inputs are most appreciated.

Motherboard Biostar TA690G
Ram 1024mb
Psu Coolermaster extreme 380watts

AGP slot 8x and AGP 4x

Are AGP 8x slot the same as AGP 4x ? I ask this because I just bought a video card 8x but it could not fit into the

Aztech dsl 600e

I am using Aztech 600e with firmware 62.4.3. After I changed it to router mode my modem cannot connect nor can I login to the router page although the power,dsl and ethernet are lighted up. I read some where in this forum new firmware [62.4.4} is available but do not know where. Please user of this modem help me. Thanks

I just bought an aztech adsl 600E modem and the firmware shows it is 62.4.3. I want to upgrade the firmware but in their website it says only those whose current firmware is 62.4.4 can only be upgraded to 62.4.4a. My question is can firmware 62.4.3 be upgraded to 62.4.4a bypassing 62.4.4

Cant get laptop connected to net

I have an old laptop windows 98SE wire connected to a router. I have share enabled and from network neighbourhood I can access to the drives of the other computer. I can ping the ip address of the other computer and Tmnet server 202.188.1.5. My problem is I can't get my laptop connected to the net. Can anyone please help me. Thanks

Overburning using Nero
