Air Cooler

Hi guys, so.. should I get Air Cooler? My objective is to cool down the room a little bit, as an example like the indoor temperature in the morning. My room is located in the middle of the house, no direct window to outside, only indoor. Usually from 4am to 1PM the temperature or the feeling maintain comfortable, afterwards it became unbearable usually after 4-5PM til late midnight.
I opted for Air cooler because lower power consumption (0.07kw/h) rather than Aircon (0.9-1.2kw/h).
Also Aircon may not suitable for my room because many holes that leaks out from the room. House is a single floor perumahan type.

Intermittent disconnection

After 3 weeks trying to troubleshoot this I think I'm out of idea. This problem first occurs on 12 June, since then my connection is always having problem from 10.55AM to 6.35PM everyday.
Example 2 days monitoring I did

Yes, this issue has been reported to TM 7 times yet they still can't solve this problem, lastly they try to put the blame on my router. Right, if it's my router, why it only happens during the daytime? not at night? But no problem with that, I still have my 2 complaints opened since my landline phones also cannot be used during these time so they might eventually solve this problem.

So, is there anyone used to have this kind of problem?
Symptoms :
1. Only having problem during the daytime
2. Landline cannot be used, but once you dial out and engage, suddenly the phone and the internet(SNR margin) went back to normal.

Choosing telco with dataplan

Good day lads, so I'm having difficulties choosing which telco should I use and need a piece of advice from you guys.
I recently migrated from Maxis HYC to uMobile for the dataplan package. There was no problem until I moved back to my hometown, whereas there's no data coverage at all.

So, I'm stuck with which one should I change to. Currently in my hometown area has Celcom 3G, DiGi 3G and Maxis HSDPA. I'm trying to keep the budget within RM30, no contract and at least 500MB of data quota. Prepaid or postpaid I don't mind as long no string attached.

Celcom XOX 300Mb has my interest but 300Mb way too low for my usage. On average I used my phone to sync photos and videos to dropbox and G+ which used around 200-300mb per month.

My least requirement :
No contract (because I'm considering MNP back to uMobile after I moved back from my hometown)
Less than RM30, hard limit is RM40
Quota at least 500MB

Laptop slow bootup in normal mode

Hi, I'm having problem with my mom's laptop and couldn't figure out what's wrong with it. Here's the description about the problem.
It doesn't have any problem with booting up until I have to choose which user profile I wanted to use, so I chose the one I normally chose and then the problem starts here, the loading page is incredibly long (5-10minutes) and then only can see the desktop and still slow, launching any problem is super slow and the HDD indicator is almost permanently lit up.
So I just simply turned it off and boot into safe mode, it loads just fine with no problem or any slowness.
It already happens to me with my desktop, so I did what I did back what I did with my desktop -- disabling most services and only left window services enabled and closed all the start up programs. Try to boot up normal mode, still nothing.

Here's a list what I've done so far : -

1. Disable non-Microsoft services(selective bootup)
2. Disable all startup programs
3. Created another profile just to test, used the another profile and problem still there.
4. Uninstall latest program installed, no changes.
5. Run a full Malwarebytes scan, founds few malwares, removed, no changes.
6. Uninstall AVG(default AV for this laptop) and tried to install ESET, but can't because I cant boot in normal mode.
7. Hijackthis, no odd program.
8. Chkdsk C:/ - done

So far that's all what I've done, and I don't know what to do next. I can't run more test since I'm only able to use the laptop in safe mode. Reformat is the last thing I wanted to do, it's a work laptop, a lot of important documents inside this laptop (already backup but I still want to try another way other than reformat).

Hardware problem? No because it run just perfectly for 2 years with same hardware.

As per title, my hard limit on budget is RM800. Red or green, doesn't matter, what I want is performance.
Mainly it's just for gaming purposes. (specifically upgrading for BF3)
I was recommended by my friends to get 7850. But I want to hear any other suggestion.. so, any suggestion?

Mobo : P5KPL/EPU (G31 + ICH7/R)
GC : GTS 250 Twin Frozr 2
PSU : Tagan 700watt

My system is a little bit old but I'll upgrading whole thing not long from now so I don't mind temporary bottleneck.

Problem details
First occurence of problem: first time bought
Problem frequency: always
Problem description: cant get full transfer speed between 2 computers, total computer in network is 9. and all computer isnt getting full speed for network transfer speed. arent 54mbps should give 6mB/s transfer rate? but the maximum is only 2mB/s. so.. its very slow to transfer movies, isos and etc. i wonder if switch can settle this problem

Hi, its me again , so i exchanged my previous ram to another normal ram. installed it but it detects as 4gb but only 3.44gb usable.
im already using 64bit OS.

2GB Kingston DDR2 667
2GB Corsair DDR2 800.

corsair is downclocked to 667mhz.
(ive really no option to get another ram because the shop only have ocz, corsair and other infamous ram, so cant get another kingston, to those who missed my previous thread, i bought the ocz ram from a shop, so i only can exchange the ram with a normal one)
any idea why?

Problem installing RAMs

I bought OCZ 2GBDDR2 800mhz High Performance (5-5-5) today but i cant boot up to window with this ram.
my previous ram was kingston value ram 667mhz no prob, when I plugged ocz ram, the window wont bootup.
I asked the seller, he told me the ocz will do just fine if i pair with this kingston (but downclocked) and there arent any other choice since 667 is out of stock.. so just simply buy , thought it will work but it wont.
i tried google around, most answer is by adjusting the overclock profile or whatever it is, didnt really understand since the google answer isnt really detailed.
so what should i do? get a refund and look for another ram? i checked the asus site, about my mobo, the ram model is supported.
