Asus Padfone Mini Charging Problem

I'm charging my PadFone using power bank, then a message shows "insufficient charge current" appears. Later, I charge using charger again and it charges very slowly, at abnormal speed. It's normal for phone but the tablet can't be charged at usual speed. I send an email to ASUS Service Care and I'm told to hard reset my Padfone. What can I do if I don't want to hard reset it? Anyone can help? Thanks

Hey! Any good armpit hair removal product to introduce? I use to shave it. I had try the vxxt wax but there is still remain root of hair. I cant wear no sleeve shirt when go out. It's embarrass if someone see the remain armpit hair.
