Flashget not working after Windows 10 update

I'm not sure if this only happens to me.

I have been using Flashget v3.7 on my windows 10 PC, and it works fluently. No issue no hassle.
But lately, after Windows 10 update, it does not work any more. I mean, I can still set up downloading task, but it just does not download any more.
Even a simple file, via a HTTP link, which can be download using browser (chrome), also does not work with Flashget.

Is this because the latest windows 10 update close certain port, or did anything ?

Any clue is very appreciated.

Question: HDD bought from US

Does anyone has any problem claiming an RMA locally, for HDD which was bought in US ?

I mean, the HDD was bought in US (from Amazon), later brought and used in Malaysia.
But now got problem. It is still under 3 years warranty. By right, should be able get a replacement with a RMA.
But if ship it from here back to US service center, will cost more than the HDD itself (I think).
I wonder, if it is possible to ship it to local service center (in Singapore/Malaysia) and get the replacement ?

How to setup UniFi IPTV STB (Huawei EC2108E)

As the topic title, I have been google around but not able to find information about this. Wish the guru here may help me out.
I have Unifi installed 2 weeks ago, without the STB configured and setup.

The reasons are manifold, first is I have a dinner appointment that day but the technician takes too long to do installation. Second is there is quite some distance from the modem to my living TV, and the technician said wants to charge extra if to do wiring.
So, I asked the technician leave the STB installation behind.
I thought I can figure this out myself, like configure a wireless router or modem. But found out later there is practical no info left to me to figure it out. The manual that comes with the STB is practically useless.

There are quite a number of post I found about how to connect the STB 'wireless' by using homeplug.
But none is detailing how to configure the modem and the STB to work in the first place.

From the email sent by TM, there is ID and password for the HyppTV Residential, login@iptv.
I suppose I need to put this into modem, and can't figure out where and what to do with it.

Many thanks in advance.

[addedon]February 18, 2012, 12:22 am[/addedon]After studying the athena unifi handbook I manage to login the DIR-615 with the operator account. Now I am able to see the extra configuration item.

In Setup -> Internet setup, I can choose different WAN Connection.
WAN Connection 1, is the internet connection.

I wanna to configure WAN Connection 2 for IPTV, but how to do it ?
WAN Connection Enable : tick
Connection mode ： bridge" --> grey out, cannot not change
Vlan id: 600
Priority : 5
My internet connection is : Static IP --> grey out, cannot not change

and the lower part, is for filling in the static IP and extra.

Then how, what to do ?
[HELP NEEDED] Skype on Galaxy 5

I am using Samsung Galaxy 5 and I manage to download and install Skype. The ver is 2.0.0.47.
I can login and make/receive call.

But there is 1 problem, that is, the mic does not seem to be turned on.
I can hear the other party, but the other party can't hear what I say.
It seems like the mic of my Galaxy 5 is not turned on by Skype.
I am very sure I didnot 'accidently' mute my mic. Regardless whether I mute or unmute my mic, there is still no sound heard on the other end.

Does any one know how to overcome this issue ?
Appreciate in advance.

How to share 1 PC with 2 users

Is there anyway to share 1 PC with 2 users simultaneously ?

Nowsadays as CPU is becoming more and more powerful. But most of the PC usage is merely simple IE or email purpose. Therefore I wonder if there is known method we can share 1 PC with 2 or more users togather.
It's cheap to get 2nd set of keyboard & mouse, a little bit more $ to get a 2nd monitor.
If there is a way to do share 1 PC, then it will be good cost saving.

not deploying Vista

IT of my company just decided not to deploy Ms Vista as the primary PC OS.

Instead, they are looking into Windows 7 which will be available in a couple of years down the road.
(well, I think, that pretty much depends on whether Microsoft can keep to her schedule).

What's the problem with Vista?
Mainly because Vista demands increase of memory and graphic processing power, and my company is not convinced that switching to Vista now justify for the ROI.
My company is keeping her bet on WinXP, because Microsoft still have a very considerable size of customer base in XP, and these will in turn 'convince' Ms that it will be her best interest to continue supporting XP :-)

Chinese Support on PDA

What is the best known method (or recommended practice) to read/write Chinese on a PDA phone (say, WM OS) ?
Is there a 3rd party app that we can install and get all the chinese display, or I have to re-install a Chinese ver of WM OS ?

On my Palm PDA, I am using CJKOS.
I am planning to get a PDA phone, it seems to me that Windows Mobile is quite popular but I am so new to it.
