Tips on how to win a girl over

Hi guys, I'm new to these forums. I joined up the other day with the initial intention of seeking advice on what to do and places to go in KL because I plan to visit in a couple months for a holiday with friends. However, my original thread was removed? Anyway, so I read through a few topics in this section and it seems that most the guys who post here seem to have heaps of trouble with girls.

I don't think of myself as a cassanova or anything of that sort but I've had my fair share of girls and been through plenty of tough and awesome moments with numerous girls. So I thought I'd offer my 2cents, hopefully some of the guys (or even girls) that read this will get something from it.

So it seems the biggest problem I see on these forums is guys either struggling to win a girl over or guys who actually do attempt to ask out a girl but get rejected because they are approaching it the wrong way. So here are a few tips and hopefully this will help some of u become a bit more successful when it comes to approaching the opposite sex.

1. When approaching a girl, be it at a club, bar, restaurant or whatever, approach her with confidence. Remember though, don't be over confident because this will come off as cocky. And most girls hate cocky guys, they like confident guys lol. Sounds hard? Not really. When u walk up to a girl, remember to smile and get eye contact. Don't sneak up to her, it's freaky. When u finally get to her, talk in a loud clear voice (don't mumble or stutter, try not to be nervous lol). It's not easy to do, a lot of guys will struggle at first but all it takes is practice. It's all about trial and error, in the end, the worst that can happen is she'll say no lol.

2. If you think a girl is beautiful, u only need to tell her once. Don't stroke her ego and tell her she's the most beautiful thing in the world and don't be stupid and keep telling her she's beautiful, she probably already knows this and gets told probably 100 times a day by heaps of other guys. Remember, if u do let her know she is beautiful, try to be subtle and not in her face.

3. If you like the girl, play hard to get. Of course, as men, we need to initiate the chase. However, to win the chase, u need to make them chase u too. Give them something to look forward too, nobody likes eating entree, main course and dessert all in one serve. Be extra friendly to her and also be friendly to any other girls when she is around, this way, she will think that ur attention is not 100% on her and this in most cases, will drive the girl mad and make her pursue the chase.

4. Confessions and proposals MUST always be done face to face. Over the phone/SMS/letters/videos will not cut it, this is showing weakness. Girls like a guy with confidence, a confident guy will have the balls to say anything important to her face to face, this means telling her how u feel. When u do confess or propose, be brief and casual, try to add a laugh too it. If u are too serious (acting like ur about to propose marriage) u will put the girl under pressure, when girls are under pressure and they are not sure, they will almost always say NO. Make them feel comfortable, be casual and remember, it's all about the timing. This part is for u to work out, leave it too long and she will lose interest, rush it and she will get scared off.

5. Be a gentlemen but don't overdo and come off as pussywhipped. Open doors for her, wait for her to eat before u eat, always offer her first before u order etc. Keep it simple. If her plans are inconvenient for u, then rearrange the plans and tell her it conflicts with ur busy schedule. Make her compete for ur time but once again, don't overdo it otherwise she will lose interest.

6. Last but not least, once is all said and done and things don't work out, get over it and move on. Fishing is all about patience and remember, there are more women in this world than there are men.
