I need help here.
How can I do a SSH connection to a server, from PHP? Then, I want to execute a Perl script in the server. How to do this?
How to write the PHP coding?

I have some idea (Net_SSH2, or ssh2_connect), but doesn't work (I don't know how to make it works).
Anyone done this before? Please teach me. Thank you.

I'm currently actively writing Perl scripts/program for bioinformatics analysis.
May I know if any of the members in this forum also doing the same thing? Or anyone who interested on Perl scripting for bioinformatics?
We could discuss further on our script, our problem... in the future.
We can share our script, share our experience... about Bioperl, about parsing, about file handling, etc...
