Date of transaction: jan 2013

Details of the complaint :

- bought 1 unit from him in jan 2013
- worked well for 1 week
- following weeks (till now) video and audio seem to lag i.e: very +/- 15 secs, stop for 1 sec (how to watch!!!), sometimes 2 secs and "scrambled channel" will display
- call him - said server updating. huh, for weeks now, still updating???
- call him again - said no guaranty that wifi works well. so i switched to cable connection. result - same shit happened
- call him now - not answering my call.
- after many calls, he finally answered. asked me to try again.
- i said enuf, no more trying, i want my refund but declined. he said item sold more than 1 month no refund. in actual fact, it is less than 1 month!!!
- he sent me sms, said that wont entertain me anymore.
- after much dispute, he cancelled my cline which i have paid for 1 year. AND STILL NO REFUND!!!
- so now i can say he cheated me now for not giving me what i have paid for - cline account

i took the trouble to post a complaint against him here hoping that others buyers will beware of him.

my personal experience with him :
- bad after sales service
- rude seller
- do not honour his words
- drag him feet and time, hopefully warranty period over
- cheated me
