Sony VAIO E-Series temp issue

hello forumers & all sifus here.

i need help regarding sony vaio e series overheating. the temp shows high temp reading even in idle (about 30'C - 50'C) and become too hot when in high load (almost reach 80'C - from my observation using Core Temp).it always show different value in core temp all the time (unstable) even the laptop is in idle (no workload).

This problem rise a week ago when i fall asleep n forgot to power off.this machine runs all night on flat surface without extra cooling fan.When i woke up it shows black/blank screen n i thought it was in sleep mode but nothing happen after i hit keyboard button.
it takes many times for me to power it on back.

From the cpuZ i noticed there is no reading in 'core voltage' section.i try to get system information from Core Temp and and it shows as in picture (there is no reading in core voltage -'VID' = N/A followed by 'Fail' message box continously popup).

hello.

i need some help from sifus here.

i am using ASUS M4N68T-M am3 mobo.last week my pc suddenly power off while im using it.i tot my PSU lost power but LED indicator on mobo still in green light..i keep pushing pwr button, nthg happen.3 days b4 tat i replaced the CMOS battery as it could not keep the memory anymore.

i do test the psu on other system, no problem its work.im just using LITEON psu (4 years oredi i think) taken from my previous acer power FH as my CM 550W PSU spoiled (3 mth used then spoiled - fuse blow up. who noe how to fix ,lazy go lowyat claim waranty).

after keep it in 2 days n still nthg good happen, i try dismantled all parts/devices from mobo n reinstalled again.
yes it finally boot up.at post got msg appeared like this " new cpu is inserted in your system! " Press F1 to run setup, Press F2 to load bla bla ...
never face problem like this b4 although the first time i put the proc to the mobo.

after stup everything in BIOS, reboot again.this time at post another 'shit' come out,
"usb devices status over current"
"the system will shut down after 15 second", sound like this forgot exactly.
after that no more boot, if push the pwr button just the proc fan spinning, others nothing.

any solution from u guys?
