Planning to buy a house

Hi guys, I am planning to buy a house/apartment for investment purposes and I would like to seek some opinions/suggestions. I can probably afford somewhere in the region of RM300k - RM400k+ (or MAX RM500k). It can either be for long term rental or properties with good appreciation potential. Can you guys help to suggest some properties that are worth investing in or with good potentials? Btw, I'm looking for property in KL/Selangor or Penang area. Thanks and I appreciate all your comments/suggestions/feedbacks.

investment suggestions

Hi everyone, I would like to seek your opinion on what I can invest in with cash of around rm20k-rm30k at hand? I know it's not alot but I would like to hear some opinions on what I can do to get some decent returns.

I know one of the most common answer would be property. But with this amount of cash probably I can only afford a rm200k to rm300k property right? (cash used as dp)...Any particular suggestions on what property i can invest in this price range?

Any other suggestions apart from property investment? High risk high return, low risk low return, i'm all ears.

Thanks.

Brand New Car

Guys, sorry, abit of a noob question here. I've always hear contradicting opinions about speeding on your brand new car. What is the proper advice actually? Is it actually advisable not to speed on your brand new car (for example few days old) or it's OK to do it?

And another thing, is it OK to drive long distance in a brand new car? Say driving from one state to another?

Thanks!

Recently i have prob when i use my comp in A. Whenever i go online and play games like cs or war3, my commit charge will start rising. Even after quiting the game, my commit charge keep rising. Sometimes when i play that game long enough, i might even face the 'Windows Virtual Memory Low' thingy. Before this it has never happened. Only a couple of weeks ago it started happen. I bought my pc last yr. AMD64 3000,1G ram,x700,80G hdd, icute casing and pwoer supply. When this happens, it will also affect my internet connection. I know streamyx is quite slow but my meaning of affected is i'm still connected but i can't surf at all. It will never load a website. Or when it load too long, the page is unavailable appears.

Can anyone tell me whats the prob??The weird thing is,all these never happened in house B.I've tested the last 2 weeks by comparing both.TQ
