What Happen If I Change My Car Meter

Guys,
I plan to change new meter to my car (since the meter I have now is faulty).

I need to know, what happen to my current mileage if I change the meter?

To make things clear, I have clocked 97,000km in my faulty meter, but if I wanna change to new meter (which i get from chop shop), it only clocked 55,000km.

Im afraid I will have problem if I decide to sell it in future.

Anybody know is there any right procedure to change car meter i.e puspakom / jpj etc to make this legal..

Currently Im working as a m&e consultant in building services. Thinking to switch to a new job since my relative offer me for a vacancy in Bousted.

I graduated in Mech. engineering. Have some experienced working in heavy industry i.e amsteel, metal production plant, etc. But i totally have no idea hows working in shipbuilding is like.

Anybody have experience working in this industry? How much salary should i expect etc.

Hi all,

Just to share my experience.. Recently i bought 1 Creative ZEN (with v 1.20.02)..

As it is an old model (i.e ZEN 2GB), i checked through their website and saw a newer firmware version (v 1.21.03)..

And through all reviews, i was under the impression that the newer version shall perform better than the old one.. so i update the firmware..

but.. to my surprise, the quality was way way below my expectation..

bass lack of loudness n quality.. Bass BOOST wont give any significant different.. and no major improvement at all..

i was so dissapoited with the so-called 'updated' firmware and decided to reload the previous version of firmware (v 1.20.02) and now im very happy with it..

so guys, everytime you wanna update your firmware, bare in mind that ZEN might upgrade the operation of the device but it might affect the sound quality as well..

hope this helps.

p/s:- i wonder.. how come the quality can be soo different on different firmware. Both using the same engine, firmware only upgrade operation or functionality right, it should not affect sound quality.. am i right??

Hi all,

Im doing a little research for my project, on how your past can never affect what you are in the future.

Simple, you can share (PM me) a brief of bad history that you had undergone, or you had seen, either to urself or anybody that you know. More important is how you or them bounce back and do remarkable thing (for you) in life.

Example:

i) "Being bullied since childhood. Hard to make any friends at all. Being left behind all the time. I hate Malaysian society and decided to start a cycling journey throughout Asia. I gained confidence from it"

ii) "Failed in school, failed in career, serious finance problem, my parents is all to blame. I blame their ignorance, their divorce for what i am. Until one day, i found a handicap young man, who owned 3 car rental company. Being asked, he mentioned he never knew who his parent was."

iii) "Marriage was a disaster. Attempt suicide when i was 21. But i thought of who might take care of my exploded body. I cancelled to jump of building and ask my parent to help me to initiate a business to take care of funeral matter."

These are few examples of the true stories that i obtained. Hope you understand what im looking at. You failed in the past, but how that fail bounce you back from what you were to what you are now.

You dont have to tell the story in details. Just a quick brief. Since my committee allocate some funds for this project, ill pay you if i found your storyline is interesting and more importantly remarkabe, the compensation will then depending on how remarkable is your story.

Which program should i use

hye all,

anybody know, if i want to make a program to:-

i) ask user for input
ii) calculate using certain formula
iii) through few data calculation and iteration, i can tabulate the result in table form, something similar like this

iv) save the calculation result in notepad/wordpad/word or in any format so that i can print the result.
v) save the data that i have key in so that i can access / amend my data anytime without keying in the whole thing again.

I understand c++ can do the calculation part, but can c++ do item the rest of the item i.e item iii, iv, and v ??
Or should i use any other program?
Anybody can enlighten me please. tq.

problem is.. sometimes it is hard to trace which books i read n which page i stopped.

anybody here know is there any software that act as a pdf library, read n bookmark my page.

I tried few software before i.e adobe digital reader, sony e-library, etc, but now im looking something new.

Hye everybody.

Here is my situation.

Last week, on Wednesday, company 'A' sent me a draft of offer letter for the job that i applied. I accepted the offer and i confirmed that i will start working there in January 2010. They acknowledged it. Ive been informed that they will to sent me a scan copy of original offer letter, which require me to sign on it, rescan and revert to them.

The problem is, until today, i still haven't receive it. What should i do? Ive followed-up last Friday and they say the letter will be sent by that day, but still i didn't receive it. Is it OK to give them another call? I don't wanna to look like I am pushing them.

By the way, its is a local consulting company, but their HQ is in Singapore. In other words, it involves a lot of procedure in between their HR. I was asked by KL office to refer Singapore HR directly.

Can i know, once they gave u a draft offer letter, is there any possibility they might take it back, means to cancel it? If that is the case, then its too bad because ive tendered resignation in my current company

just now, while driving home, my rear board start producing very annoying sound...

sound like.. when u open n close door.. that 'eekkkk' sound..

very annoying.. i check n that sound came from my rear board..

i think its because of my 6*9 speaker on it.. n the board cant support it..

when my car go bumpy.. the sound is there..

so do i need to change the board / modify it ???

how much ??
