Hello forumers!

I am starting a clinic with a partner. The partner will be the main staff there.
We have already registered under SSM for 2 years but just for the sake of early documentation of business ownership.

We have recently found an investor who is willing to provide the capital, up to 80% of the total needed.

Hence, I have a few questions.

1. Stay as enterprise or upgrade to sdn bhd? I read that sdn bhd has a lot of perks ie. company allowances

2. If a partner contributes in terms of his service ie. becoming the main doctor in the clinic, what is the best way to allocate his share? He wont be contributing to the capital.

3. Can we get equal weightage in terms of voting right/decision making (33% each) eventho our capital contribution is not equal?

4. If we are to draft a partnership agreement, what important fine prints should we include? (asked a lawyer and they take 3% fee from total capital so thinking of drafting our own)

5. What is the best way to divide the profit? Quarterly vs annually?

6. Do we need to re-sign new partnership/investment agreement if any of the partners decide to provide more capital for ie. expansion?
And if they provide more capital, what will be the best way to compensate?

7. Usually how long can we hold off the profit to shareholders if its a new business?

Staircase flooring need to hack tiles?

Hello home owners,
would like to ask for your opinion/experience.

Do i need to hack my staircase tiles if i want to install spc/laminate flooring like this design?

Some installers said must hack the tiles at the riser part.
Some say just install on top and skim on the tiles a few layers (will this ruin the tiles?)

I dont want to hack tiles actually

My ID suggested folding doors but i feel like it looks like my grandma's bathroom door.

Air Purifier for Pets

Hi guys,
I have been surveying air purifiers for my cat room.

Venta seems like a good and low cost (long term) option because i dont have to keep replacing the filter, only need to buy the cleaning solution. It doesnt help with pet odour unfortunately.

Honeywell is highly recommended as it has True HEPA and carbon filter. Still needs to change the filter every 3yrs (about rm7xx each change)

Any personal experience recommendation for these two brands?

Please no Cuckoo/Coway. I hate to be tied down to their service charges.

Best tablet/hybrid for writing down notes

Looking for a hybrid 2 in 1 or a tablet with stylus with very good handwriting note taking capabilities.

Will use it to take down notes during lectures and to write my own notes.

I have tried lenovo yoga, samsung galaxy s3 tab, surface pro 4 and ipad pro.
I found ipad pro to have the most sensitive stylus/screen.

Any other alternatives?
I prefer hybrids to tablets because will need to use powerpoint and word.
