i wan play futsal tonite at damansara but my amoi said must teman her do labwork until 9 o'clock

fffuuuu i tak sempat wan go from shah alam to kl to play futsal so i told her she do her labwork arone, while i go back kl early,

nao we're not talking to each other and i dont know whether i should stay behind with her until she finish labwork or just go back kl early and be with my bros to play futsal

last week i didnt play futsal coz teman her shopping so i need to make up wit my bros tonite...what should i do k/tard? should i go back kl or teman my amoi??? i iz dillema..

TUNTUTAN AMBIGA MELALUI IFC

1. Seseorang anak yang dilahirkan oleh ibu bapa Islam tidak seharusnya secara terus menjadi orang Islam.

2. Orang bukan Islam yang telah memeluk Islam hendaklah diberikan kebebasan untuk kembali ke agama asal mereka (murtad) dan tidak boleh... dikenakan tindakan undang-undang.

3. Sebarang kes pertukaran agama orang Islam kepada bukan Islam tidak sepatutnya dikendalikan oleh Mahkamah Syariah tetapi dikendalikan oleh Mahkamah Sivil.

4. Tidak perlu dicatatkan di dalam kad pengenalan seseorang Muslim bahawa ia beragama Islam.

5. Orang bukan Islam tidak perlu dikehendaki menganut Islam sekiranya ingin berkahwin dengan Orang Islam,Orang Islam hendaklah dibenarkan keluar daripada Islam (murtad) sekiranya ingin berkahwin dengan orang bukan Islam tanpa boleh dikenakan tindakan undang-undang.

6. Seseorang atau pasangan suami isteri yang menukar agamanya dengan memeluk Islam tidak patut diberikan hak penjagaan anak.

7. Orang yang bukan Islam yang mempunyai hubungan kekeluargaan dengan seorang yang memeluk Islam hendaklah diberikan hak menuntut harta pusakanya selepas kematiannya.

8. Kerajaan hendaklah menyediakan dana yang mencukupi untuk membina dan menyelenggara rumah-rumah ibadat orang bukan Islam sebagaimana kerajaan menyediakan dana yang serupa untuk masjid.

9. Orang bukan Islam hendaklah dibenarkan dan tidak boleh dihalang daripada menggunakan perkataan-perkataan suci Islam dalam percakapan dan sebagainya.

10. Bibel dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Indonesia sepatutnya dibenarkan untuk diedarkan kepada umum secara terbuka.

11. Pelajaran agama bukan Islam untuk penganut agama itu hendaklah diajar di semua sekolah.

12. Program-program berunsur Islam dalam bahasa ibunda sesuatu kaum hendaklah ditiadakan. Program dakwah agama lain selain Islam pula hendaklah dibenarkan untuk disiarkan dalam bahasa ibunda masing-masing.

13. Orang Islam yang membayar zakat tidak sepatutnya dikecualikan daripada membayar cukai pendapatan dan wang Hasil zakat sepatutnya digunakan juga untuk keperluan orang-orang bukan Islam.

14. Sepatutnya Islam tidak disebut sebagai pilihan pertama masyarakat Malaysia seperti dalam soal pakaian menutup aurat kepada pelajar sekolah.

Inilah perjuangan Ambiga yang sedang mendapat sokongan daripada orang Islam PAS dan PKR di dalam Negara kita hari ini. Kalau inilah yang kita mahukan,marilah kita menyatakan sokongan tanpa berbelah bagi kepada Ambiga dan IFC.Maruah Melayu Islam di bawah tapak kaki si Hindu Ambiga!

Perhatian Saudara/Saudari kepada perkara di atas adalah dirujuk.

Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) (Pindaan) 2011, Akta A1375, Seksyen 10 (1) -

“A student of an Institution may become a member of any society, organization, body or group of persons, whether or not, it is established under any written law, whether it is in or outside the Institution, and whether it is in or outside Malaysia, other than-

(a) any political party, whether in or outside Malaysia;
(b) any unlawful organization, body of group of persons, whether in or outside Malaysia; or

© any organization, body or group of persons which the Minister, after consultation with the Executive Head, has specified in writing to the Executive Head to be unsuitable to the interests and well-being of the students or the Institution.”

“An organization, body or group of students of an Institution which is established by, under or in accordance with this Act, may have any affiliation, association or other dealing with any society, organization, body or group or persons, whether or not is is established under any written law, whether it is in or outside the Institution, and whether it is or outside Malaysia, other than-

(a) any political party, whether in or outside Malaysia;

(b) any unlawful organization, body of group of persons, whether in or outside Malaysia; or

© any organization, body or group of persons which the Minister, after consultation with the Executive Head, has specified in writing to the Executive Head to be unsuitable to the interests and well-being of the students or the Institution”.

“No student of an Institution and no organization, body or group of students of an Institution which is established by, under or in accordance with this Act, shall express or do anything which may reasonably be construed as expressing support for or sympathy or opposition to-

(b) any unlawful organization, body of group of persons, whether in or outside Malaysia; or

© any organization, body or group of persons which the Minister, after consultation with the Executive Head, has specified in writing to the Executive Head to be unsuitable to the interests and well-being of the students or the Institution.”

Seksyen 3 (1) Bahagian II Akta Badan-Badan Berkanun (Tatatertib dan Surcaj) 2000, Akta 605, Tatakelakuan -

“Seseorang pegawai hendaklah pada setiap masa memberikan taat setianya yang tidak berbelah bahagi kepada Yang Di Pertuan Agong , negara , Kerajaan dan badan berkanun”.

Seksyen 3 (2) Bahagian II Akta Badan-Badan Berkanun (Tatatertib dan Surcaj) 2000, Akta 605, Tatakelakuan

“Seseorang pegawai tidak boleh –

(d) berkelakuan dengan sedemikian cara sehingga memburukkan atau mencemarkan nama badan berkanun.”

Sehubungan dengan itu, semua mahasiwa universiti diminta mematuhi ketetapan ini dan sebarang pelanggaran terhadap mana-mana peruntukan di atas merupakan satu kesalahan serius dan boleh membawa kepada tindakan tatatertib di peringkat universiti dan juga di bawah peruntukan mana-mana undang-undang Malaysia yang sedang berkuatkuasa.

Steven Gerrard ruled out of Liverpool's Asia tour

The captain has not played since undergoing groin surgery in April, and will continue his rehabilitation in England so that he is best prepared to figure at start of the season

Steven Gerrard will not be travelling with Liverpool on their pre-season tour of Asia.

The Anfield skipper has not played for the club since their 3-1 victory over Manchester United after undergoing groin surgery in April.

The captain will instead continue his rehabilitation in England in the hope that he will be fit for the start of the season.

Manager Kenny Dalglish explained to the club's official website: “Steven and the medical team have done fantastically well so far and they are in the final stages of getting him back to full training.

“I'm sure there will be supporters disappointed that Steven is unable to be with us in Asia, but I'm sure the same people will appreciate the importance of Steven giving himself the best possible opportunity of being fit to play against Sunderland on the opening day of the new campaign.

“Steven continuing his rehabilitation programme at Melwood is in everybody's long term interests.”

The Reds will play games in China and Malaysia, and train in Singapore in their eight days in Asia.

Gerrard apologised for his withdrawal but said he is confident the squad will put a great show on for supporters in the Far East.

He said: “I'd really been looking forward to travelling out to China, Malaysia and Singapore and meeting first hand as many of our fans as possible, and I'm really sorry that I won't now be able to do that.

“All of us at the club realise the incredible support we enjoy in these countries and how much it means to our supporters there.

“But after sitting down and talking with the medical experts and technical staff, it's been decided that the best course of action is for me to continue my rehabilitation programme at Melwood.

“It's disappointing I won't be with them, but I'm sure the lads who go out there will put a great show on for our fans.”

my brother jailbroken his 3rd gen ipod touch using spirit, then he got all curious and use the erase all and reset setting from the ipod touch...now the ipod touch is in recovery mode and cannot be detect on itunes...any ideas how to solve this?

1. Unplug your iPod Touch or iPhone from your computer and switch it off (if it isn't already off).
2. Hold down the home button and plug it into your computer without letting go of the home button.
3. Wait until iTunes opens automatically before releasing the home button.
4. Your iPod Touch or iPhone should now display the "Connect to iTunes" image like when you first bought it.
5. iTunes will prompt you to run a restore. Do it. (All music, video, app data etc. will be erased).

now i'm downloading the update to restore..
