Senheng refuse to fulfil my S24 order on Lazada

So on 3.3, I managed to snatch a 512GB S24 with only RM3418 on Lazada. It was a combination of store discount + Lazada discount. For a few days, the order status didn't move and was stuck at "seller preparing to ship". I assume it's common for slow shipping after a huge sales period. I've contacted the support, both on Lazada and their FB but got no answer.

Today, after 10 days of waiting, the support finally chatted back to me and said "Sorry to inform you that your order is currently out of stock, therefore we seek you to request a refund on Lazada". So I've waited 10 days for nothing and also lost RM200+ worth of vouchers just like that. At least if they informed me earlier, or marked the item as sold out in their store, I could have spent the voucher on something else.

What are my options here? Can I ask Lazada to force Senheng to fulfil my order? Or my voucher is burned? Also, the phone is back at its original price now at RM4599 =(

Hi everyone. Need some guidance. The house that I'm renting right now will be auctioned next week. The landlord is not very cooperative and hasn't replied to my whatsapp lately (only blue ticked). She didn't even bother to tell me that she could no longer afford to pay the mortgage. I was surprised to see there was a big red notice on the house's door, saying that it will be auctioned next week.

Since my landlord doesn't want to cooperate, I need some guidance on what can I do, and what is my right

1. Is the house no longer owned by the landlord now? i.e. was it already taken over by the bank? If it's the latter, I supposed I don't need to pay my next month's rent yes?
2. If the house is now owned by the bank, will they kick me out of the house, even though there's no buyer?
3. And if there's a buyer already, how long will the process take?
3. During this period, I assume potential buyers would want to come to view the property. Am I obligated to entertain their request to enter the house, or is it based on budi bicara?
4. Let's say my landlord doesn't want to pay my house deposit, can I take her stuff from the house (e.g. airconds), or is that stealing? Lol I know it sounds stupid
5. When I leave the house, either willingly or kicked out, can I just leave my stuff in the house? because it's so expensive to move all the stuff around

Is it risky to apply loan during probation period?

Hi there. Planning to buy my first house soon. However, I'm currently still under probation in my new job (in my third months now). This is my second job and I have been working for more than 6 years now. If I apply for a loan now, will the chances for it to be approved lower? Is it risky?

Posted this in /k but no answer so trying my luck here. Just wanted to ask something about car workshop/service center since I'm not expert in this field. Is it common for them to accept parts trade in? I know some do, but is it like, majority of them? I think one of my the part in my car is not compatible with my car (compressor) and causing more damage (the original compressor stop working previously and replaced by this one). Planning to trade in the compressor and get a new one.
