sell bike without insurance/road tax

Would like to ask is it possible to sell my bike which is already has no
insurance cover and road tax expired?

I am just in dilemma whether to renew the insurance/road tax since i have
decided to sell it.

How much for the cheapest insurance charges for Suzuki RG110?

Has anyone heard before Vision Therapy Eyewear?
It's like a sunglasses, with a lot of pinhole, claims will help enable clearer vision.
They are selling in Guardian, for less than RM100.

Anyone use it before, please share your experience here.
