Details of the complaint :

I bought two Speck pixel casings from this seller.He told me that the casings are OEM casings and are NEW and charged me RM32 for both inclusive of postage.Due to my busy schedule at work and at college i didn't got to bank in payment to him and the deal have dragged on for some time.Furthermore i was in a dilemma whether or not to buy as it's kinda pricey to what i can get from other sellers in Subang.Besides i don't need 2 and only 1 as i already have another case.He SMS-ed me one day telling me that he's still reserving the item for me.That time i honestly totally forgot about the deal.So i banked in the money to him the following day through Maybank machines.I think everyone here knows that the machines don't accept RM5 or RM1 right?So the seller told me to bank in RM40 and he'll return the RM8 to me later on.I only had RM30 in my wallet that time and i had to borrow from my brother too so i couldn't bank in the remaining 2 bucks to him.He still sent the 2 casings to me anyway.Then,one "fine" day,i received the package,i was surprised to find that the casings are old,yellowish and it has the smell like it has been in storage for AGES!! I didn't put my nose to it obviously..the stench was so unbearable that just by holding it on my hands i can smell it already.I asked for a refund from the seller saying that i'm not satisfied with what i'm getting.He said that the policies on his thread stated that all sales are final and no refunds.And he asked me whether am i expecting it to be like a 100 bucks over casing. So unreasonable!! No one was comparing it to an original casing..I mean come on..when you buy something you expect it to be new or at least in a better condition.(FYI He claims that it's NEW) Even you go pasar malam people also don't sell you stuff that are old and yellowish right?And it's not cheap some more!! Furthermore he claims that it's OEM and explained to me OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer..which means..the quality is like original!! But..for the cases he/she sent me, the quality is like the RM5 bucks china casing that you can get in pasar malam..So please guys hear me out and give some comments here..If possible please help me solve the dispute..Thank you sooo much...

A friendly reminder..Please be careful when you wanna deal with this person..I'm not saying that you should boycott him/her..just make sure you're 100% clear on what you're paying for..and don't pay until you're absolutely sure..Again please help out..thanks!!

does anyone have the skateboarding silhouette picture that are in the photo gallery of the iPhone 4 in Digi Centres? I was checking out the iPhone 4 in Sunway Pyramid's Digi Centre and I saw a lot of cool skateboarding pictures in the photo gallery of the iPhone 4 but I couldn't send it to my phone.if anyone happen to have it can you guys send it or copy it to me? Really appreciate it.I can't find it anywhere on the net. Thank you very much!!!
