Piping always get blocked

Recently i moved to this house, it's a landed house, recently renovated, the bathroom there it's water outlet always get clogged, you know it's the outflowing pipe, sewer the waste water out, there is a stainless steel cover kind of thing i opened once before the pipe is very small, it's very narrow, compare to PVC pipe from elsewhere it's like 20mm diameter one, i think it's too small.

the things is it's clogged but water does get out eventually just that it's slow, the landlord did say it should be okay bcos before my time he had no problem with it. Now i think maybe my friends they smoked in the bathroom the ashes might be the cause there.

So it's is clogged other than a pump to try unclog it, any other solutions? Now i just want to make it flow better, increase the flow rate. otherwise, will complain so that the authorities unearth or somehow change a bigger diameter pipe for me.

Dear FnF fellas, i have several questions to ask you all here and if you all could help, please help me answer them.

1. i'm still without a driving license, haven't got time to get one myself, but under such condition, am i allowed to own a vehicle, i'm hoping to buy a second hand car, so does a malaysian wihtout a driving licnse, neither car or motocycle, allow to own and purchase a vehicle, a car for private personal use?

2. I'm keen to get the Corolla SEG AE101, hanging out on Mudah.my for many days, i just dont see a private seller, they are all dealers, so like everyone knows, second hand car dealers dont go together with reputable in one sentence, to search and check for a good or at least maintained Corolla, need to bring a trusted mechanic friend along to check, i dont have mechanic friend and i know i can get one to come along, i just need to pay for his service later for helping me out, but how do someone like me who's been using public buses all along go get a mechanic just like that? i cant just randomly pick one out of nowhere, i need your recommendation here, i know our fellow maddriver or madman here, he's a mechanic, i know he does some overhaul thing, but i dont think i can get him to come, so recommendation please?

3. i hope to get a car that's decent, like another fellow forumer here he got himself a corolla AE110 with some chassis problem, one that has been involved in an accident, i hope to get a mechanic who can spot this kind of thing, chassis related, suspensions bushes thing and engine things. chassis is a real serious aspect that i dont wanna get a lemon one, but how about suspensions bushes, are these parts can be changed and after that work wonder like new again?

4. Engine wise, i'm happy to get 4AFE, no need for a blacktop or silvertop yet, do you all think if engine consumes engine lubricant oil, petrol consumption high, driving sluggish or jerky, these problems can be solved with a normal top overhaul or full overhaul in worst case?

5. If i got an auto Corolla and i change to manual, in this case do i need to get the JPJ paperwork done for endorsement and change the car spec card? add on here, are manual gearbox a standard that any manual gearbox can be fitted in, or need specifically Corolla gearbox or 4AFE gearbox?

6. i think this corolla doesnt come with airbag, can a car like this be fitted with airbag after out of factory? an airbag safety system may need to involve a lot of sensors, is it common in malaysia to fit such aftermarket airbag, i think i heard some old people said things like this can be done, but i'm not sure, hence posting here. If got, let me know cost-wise how much, if dont have, nevermind, just a thought...

7. When this car this model first came out in early 90s, maybe 90-95, what was the market price? was it by UMW Malaysia? nowadays at this moment, what is the price you think should be selling at? But nevermind if you dont know or dont remember the OTR price, i'm just curious..

8. does this model have power steering?

Hoping that those active members can reply here, dares, kadajawi, catacomb, stormlcc, matrix, madman and so on.......
my age currently and i'm buying such 20+ year old car, the insurance loading fee must be a lot...

I spent half a day in Digital Mall but they all don't have any stock, I know this is a cold model but before exploring online option, I want to know where else.

Before posting someone already suggested uptown places like Danau or Damansara
