Job Decision Dillema

A large drug/pharmaceutical MNC near Sunway, where the office and project is fairly new, setup and go live April-May 2017. I have been offered a job for 6 months contract with about 15-20% pay increase, the job scope is about the same as current job.

Went for first interview, went well, they seem to like me, as they need similar skill/level person, and they needed people soon. Was interviewed by same level person (potential colleague), recruiter/HR then the Service Desk head. They would want me to confirm after 2 days as they need to fill in the position soon. They want a fast learner to pick up in 2 weeks to fill in the gap. It is due to another member will be going away for 6 months training and some others maternity leave. Therefore the role is parked under another outsourcing company not directly with the company. During the interview, I got to know my ex-colleauge of my current job is working there as a permanent staff, thus I will be in his team again.

The recruiter/HR lady said that, give it a 3 months full commitment. 6 months down the road there should be more positions to fill in, provided that my performance is good they are able to put me in other permanent positions. As also mentioned by the Service Desk head, as this is a newly setup office there will be many more opportunities for career growth and other permanent position. If there is no vacancies at that time, recruiter/HR would extend my contract again until I seek another employment. They keep telling me that this is a good company to work with, many benefits, good friendly colleagues and superiors, good work-life balance etc.

I have asked for over the weekend confirmation but they rushed me for a confirmation by this Friday evening. As they needed people soon and the recruiter/HR lady is not around next week. They said that I am given the priority and if not they will pass it to other candidates; they would actually want this position filled mid-December but I can start in January.

Although somewhat similar job scope, I am somewhat moved by the potential career and growth opportunities also the pay raise, but the 6 month outsourced payroll contract is somewhat negates it. I am in the middle of job searching to seek career growth into more supervision/managerial/management, team lead or project coordinator or training provider type of job scope.

Could anybody advise me or provide me some other perspective to look into this scenario?

To add to all:
A job laid in front, but 6 months contract.
6 months later, potential prospects but time can only tell, words merely words only.
It is harder (jam) and costlier (tolls) to commute.
Parking they would try to negotiate RM120 allowance.
Mainly it is the salary attractive with somewhat similar job scope.
Other jobs will take longer time for processing and not sure if they able to offer the price, also not sure if able to get.

Possibly take first then fully commit 3 months, see how things go and meanwhile seek other better jobs while working there? My current situation is on "garden leave" since mid-Nov until end of Dec. I submitted job enquiries and job hunting last week of Nov, first week Dec.

This Tuesday many calls and emails came in. This job offer is after Wednesday afternoon, during interview. Then now I still getting calls and emails for my job hunting. Was quiet and suddenly all these plus this dilemma.

It would be great if 4 things are met: salary, career progression, stability, location.
