Need Help - iPhone 3GS Activation

Hi Friend... Need you all help... Today i drop my iPhone 3GS. Then my phone off already and i couldn't on my phone. But when i charge my phone, it appear "use a valid sim with no pin to activate your phone", i can only make emergency call and the screen also show "plug to iTunes".

But when i plug to iTunes, i cannot on my phone.... I only can on my phone when charging....

Really no idea is software or hardware problem....

Pls advise anyone.....
