PS3 : flash blue screen when starting anythihing

Hi guys,

Just bought a PS3 (I know, I'm late). Plugged in, register PSN, everything is good. However, I noticed that whenever I wanted to start anything, the screen will flashes blue before it starts. For example, starting Youtube and the screen will show a blue flashing before Youtube starts. The same goes for any games.

The flashing is just like how when the TV switches resolution. I've set the display to both 1080i and 720p (my TV does not support 1080p) but still the problem persists. It's annoying PLUS I'm worried that it might have some impact. Anyone faces this problem before? If so, how do you guys solve it? Don't tell me you buy a new TV. T__T

Problem with Digi...

Hi guys! Faced a problem few days ago.

My friend was connected to the internet using his phone. The provider is Digi.

The connection was quite slow so we plugged in my celcom broadband's usb modem to go to the net.

After about an hour or so we took out the celcom broadband and plugged in his phone, but somehow the laptop refuses to connect to the net using his phone. it'll try to connect, then automatically disconnected itself from the net.

what's the problem here? does celcom broadband somehow mingled with the Digi's setting? what should I do to solve his problem?

He's using Windows Vista.
