I applied for RM89 package around 2 years ago n been paying that amount ever since. This month statement suddenly show I need pay RM150+. So I went over to TM n their answer is before is we use then pay. Now new rule is pay then use. So the extra is due to the advance payment. Is it true there's a new rule now?

Which way produces better sound? Using 1 pair of 2 way mid speaker or 1 pair of tweeter + 1 way mid speaker? My car audio technician says I dun need tweeter if use a pair of 2 way mid speaker. is that true? I not sure where to post this so hope is ok to post here.
