Low lumens downlight with 125mm cutout

Hi all, i'm thinking of changing the downlight of my dining + dry kitchen area as it is too bright. I'm now using 5inch philips meson with cut out 125mm. The lumens is 900lmn and for me it is too bright. Can anybody suggest alternative with the same cutout but lower lumen, between 450 - 650 lumens?

PC shows no display when boot up but cpu fan spins

Hi All,
Recently my PC have been behaving weird, in some situation when turn on, there is no display show eventhough can see cpu fan spins. only when I disconnect any of the USB device it can boot up like normal
Even when play game, it will sudden shutdown and restart if i enable freesync at fullscreen 1440p. i can only play game in window mode now to be stable. I tried Doom 2016, GTA V, Unreal tournament 2004 all which can get 100fps but i cannot play in fullscreen. To be clear my pc spec as below

Power supply: 620watt Seasonic 80 Bronze
USB peripherals: Total 5-6 peripherals, 3.5" backup hdd, mouse, keyboard, external soundcard, wifi dongle and sometimes card reader. ==> when pc boots up with no display, i need to take out one usb then it can boot up normally
CPU: i7 3770
MOBO: Gigabyte H77
RAM: 16GB 1666MHz (4 sticks)
Storage: 2xSSDs, 1x3.5" hdd
GPU: Zotac GTX 1080 mini
Monitor: 1440p 144hz (not sure if its something to do with high frame rate)

is this something to do with the inadequate power juice or my MOBO is the problem? All component are without overclocking

Probably my last topic posted in this forum as i'm planning to buy property around this area (if everything looks ok). I'm looking at non gated/guarded unit like almost all landed in the area. Any negative points for this type of taman? Is security a real problem? I like the area because there is access to almost in all direction in seberang jaya

Repair cost estimation for leaking problem

Hi all, i visited this 3 storey intermediate terrace 20x80 with intention to buy the unit at cheaper price. I was shocked to see the condition of the house which leaks every where, 3 areas with great concern
1. Leaking in the ceiling in bedroom suspected from top floor balcony
2. Leaking at wall from bathroom (5bathrooms!!!)
3. Leaking in electrical point on all 3 levels. Almost all electrical point got water stain, this is scary.
4. Leaking in ceiling from bathroom 1st floor.

I cant upload photo yet but hope anybody can give estimated price for repair.

Appreciate penang people can comment on this area. The house price is quite low compare to Taman Naluri Ria so i'm quite curious if there is any bad points that can negatively impact property valuation in the long run.

Upgrade to i7 3770 or buy latest cpu

Aliexpress is selling i7 3770 for rm530.00. I'm tempted to buy for small upgrade from i5 3570. Reason is because of lag gameplay in game like cities skylines (350k population). My system have 16 gb ram and gtx 1080. Is it worth to upgrade to this cpu or should i wait for next gen cpu?

I need /k help if you know the original hakka mee seller at seksyen 14 pj (house foodcourt next to shoplot) about 4 - 5 years ago. Ive been patronizing his stall for 5 years until they suddenly changed owner about 4 years ago(or maybe less). I confronted the new seller asking him where the other guy and his lady petite lady helper but he said they never change (which is an obvious bs). I'm still longing for the previous hakka mee for its taste, smell and consistency. The guy is also petite abt 30s year old. I wonder if he stop selling or selling elsewhere. Appreciate /k help

computer part is getting more expensive

Hi k/ all, I've been to lowyat recently and i can't help but to notice that the computer parts are getting more and more expensive. before you talk about new exchange rate and gst, i've calculated that and found that the price is way2 more than these two factor in. The sales guy in Viewnet and he just give me a smile when i lamented about the high price (i was referring to HDD price which is 500GB = 1TB 1 year ago.
I'm not poorfag but i still want to spend my money where it's worth (fyi i still haven't bought my graphic card yet lol).
