For racing theme, there's Fast & Furious series though I only have 1 and 2 only.
For natural disaster theme, I have Armageddon, yeah I could use some suggestion here. The Day After Tomorrow? The Core?
For zombies theme, I am thinking of getting World War Z.
For aliens theme, I got Aliens, Predator 1 and 2,
For dinosaur theme, Jurrasic Park series.

Hey guys, please share with me how do you manage your staff like;

1. Not stealing money from company... In any business, how does one prevent the staff we hired from not recording down a sale and pocketing the sales money instead of handing it to company? cctv monitor?

2. Not coming late/absent to work with different excuses every time... How is your tolerance level for staff who came in late/absent from work? How many times is too much? What action can be taken against them?

3. Staff who get lazy after you went home from work.... you went home after working hours, staff begin their happy hour, facebooking, playing with handphones, using company phones to make call, invite friends to come over and party and drink all night... how do you manage them and if caught, what action to be taken?

I'm open to opinions on these matters. Please share with me

Brief Tutorial on How To Setup (can refer the attached English instruction in box or video here http://www.youtube.com/user/EasycapExpertt...u/1/HeLwTqV0NLg also):
1. Install driver from CD - after install complete, check got "USB 2861 device" and "USB EMP Audio device" under device manager.
2. Install Ulead software from CD - serial number found on back of CD cover.
3. Run Ulead VideoStudio Editor > Click blue "Capture" button on top > Click "Capture Video" on the panel.
4. Your laptop webcam softwares will probably pop out, just close. (Mine did). Another pop out to detect device/field order will pop out, click ok.
5. Click "Option" on panel > click "Video and Audio Capture Property Settings" > choose composite or s-video for source (depend on how you connect easycap)
6. Choose Pal or NTSC for tv system (I use NTSC)
7. Under Audio device, choose the "USB EMP Audio" and tick "Preview audio with USB device".

Brief Tutorial on How To Make HD video using Ulead and Easycap:
1. Capture your video with max resolution
2. Drag the thumbnail of the video to timeline
3. Click on Share tab
4. Click on Create Video File
5. Choose from the menu WMV HD PAL (1280x720, 25fps) or you can make your own profile from Custom/Options.
6. Your mpeg-file video will be converted from DVD format (720x576px) to HD WMV-file (1280x720px). Enjoy!

WD Mybook Essential problems

Hello everyone! My WD Mybook Essential 1TB have a very slow transfer rate over usb2.0 lately to almost unusable. I ran CrystalDiskMark on it and result is;

Test num: 5 File size: 50MB Capacity: J:48% (447/931Gb)

Seq: Read: 8.676MB/s Write: 0.786MB/s
512K: Read: 0.669MB/s Write: 0.372MB/s
4K: Read: 0.006MB/s Write: 0.010MB/s
4K QD32: Read: 0.004MB/s Write: 0.008MB/s

When I transfer 700Mb movie from ext to int hdd, sometimes "cannot read from source" error message occur or the speed drop to 300Kb/s after like 10 secs . Movie freezes when playing on ext hdd.

Anyone can suggest me how to solve?

Help! New ext harddisk problem

Hello all, I bought a WD Essential 3.5'' 1TB external harddisk and I cannot get it to work. I plugged in the power cable and connect it to my notebook, then a pop-up appear asking me for driver installation.

According to the pdf manual in the Virtual WD Smartware CD drive (the only thing appear right after connecting to my notebook) I clicked cancel, and double click the WD Smartware app inside the CD drive. A setup menu appear asking if I want to backup files or set-up drive. I try clicking on both but an error (I think) appear saying my WD is not formatted or that it is lock stuff. My only option is back to main menu and exit.

So I exit and install the app manually using the WD Smartware setup (x86) and it installed. I can run the WD Smartware software but the backup and retrieve buttons cannot be click and under the My Book Essential icon, it state No Writable WD Smartware Partition Found. I do not understand.

I seriously don't know how to use. First time using this. Please help! I have use a 2.5" external harddisk and it is only copy and paste to use it. No drivers, no softwares, no errors. Anyone know what's the problem is?

[WTA] Upgrading from CRT tv

Hello all, need help on which tv model to upgrade from 21" CRT tv at home.
Budget at 2k max (but want to save money for other gadgets).
Use for viewing DVD (hoping to buy a DVD upscaling player), RTM (no Astro), soft movies (don't really know about video formats (mkv, rmvb, avi, mp4, flv, etc) but I guess can convert to one another, right?) and hooking notebook to do ms office/games?

Currently have two choices in mind...

1. Used (~ 3 years) 42" Samsung plasma tv = RM1100
Pros:
- bigger size! ;D
Cons:
- No warranty
- No HDMI port (if got PS3, can use HDMI to DVI cable to hook
- Afraid of screen burn (don't really understand, never use plasma before >.<)
- Don't know if this is HD ready or full HD >.<
