            <title>Mobile Connect Problem</title>

            <description>I need help from any senior who could assist me with this one.&lt;br /&gt;This problem occurs since last year which is I cannot connect the celcom via &lt;span style='color:red'&gt;Mobile Connect (software)&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m using &lt;span style='color:red'&gt;WinVista 32bit&lt;/span&gt; and my celcom modem is &lt;span style='color:red'&gt;ZTE Proprietary USB (Com9)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;More or less I&amp;#39;m trying to say here is that the problem is the Mobile Connect itself. It cannot be opened and showed me this message (picture below)&lt;br /&gt;but I manage to use alternative way which is setting up a new dial-up connection and it works and I&amp;#39;ve been using this setting till now.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But the messed up part of using the dial-up is that I &lt;span style='color:red'&gt;cannot see my limit&lt;/span&gt; when using the broadband. And this is Fk*d up too. listen (==)&lt;br /&gt;When my friend &lt;span style='color:red'&gt;(WinXP 64bit)&lt;/span&gt; wants to borrow my broadband. same thing happens.
