Date of transaction: the deal started on 13/05/2010 ,confirm on 16/05/2010,Full payment made on 17/05/2010,seller said the item will be delivered

on 18/05/2010

Details of the complaint :

13/05/2010-I pm SimBa telling him I want to buy the cards,I ask for a COD via poslaju(yes poslaju does provide COD for you)

13/05/2010- SimBa reply telling me its better for me to bank in the money, and telling me there is another buyer interested but will give me the first

priority,coz i pm him 1 hour earlier and he ask me to confirm it in a few days,so after that I gave him my address and phone no.

16/05/2010-he pm me telling me he already check the poslaju rates and the shipping cost will be rm11,so I will have to bank in rm90(rm80+rm10)

he also gave me his name,phone no. and bank account no.

17/05/2010-I bank in the payment(rm90) to his bank account,after that I sms him to inform I have made the payment,after that he reply my sms and

told me he will post it tomorrow.

18/05/2010-I sms and pm him to ask if he had delivered the ,he reply my pm telling me he had post it

22/05/2010-Poslaju came to my house and delivered a parcel I ordered from a shop(this item was also sent out on tuesday the same day SimBa said

he sent out the cards),I ask the posmen to check if there is other item for me,the posmen check and said its the only one

so I thought maybe the item will arrive on Monday

24/05/2010-nothing arrive,I sms SimBa asking for the tracking number he didnt reply,I pm Him yet he still didnt reply(I was thinking maybe he is offline all day)

25/05/2010-I went to the Post office to claim an item that was sent out on saturday and it has arrive(when i check the tracking number)so i decided to claim it before they attempt to sent it to my house.

after claiming the item ,I ask the posmen if I there are other parcel with my address on it,the posmen didnt remember and said if I got the tracking number they will try to find it.

so I sms SimBa asking for the tracking number and he didn reply,then I went to have my lunch and after that I sms Simba and still no reply,so I decided to call him and he didnt pickup,then I sms him telling him Im at the Pos Malaysia right now and If I could get the tracking number it would be easier for me and could settle the matter with poslaju and still no reply.

I went home, go online and I saw SimBa is online so I pm him and still no reply,I even post on his WTS topic asking for my tracking number,I told him the item was suppose to arrived by now coz other thing that I ordered had already arrive and his cards are the only one I havent received,so I need the tracking number,yet he still didnt reply(he was online)

so SimBa please explain to me about this matter,I need the tracking number please be responsibble,Im not blaming you right now but you didnt reply my pm my, sms and didnt even bothered to pickup my call, so I have to complain.
