Hi all,

I'm still new in car field and would like to ask some advice regarding some MOD on my incoming car.

I'm actually quite interested in angel eye projector headlamp + HID. I've read some of the posts saying that HID produce lots of glare which can disturb the incoming car, also when met with police and JPJ, need to prepare Kopi O

But also at the same time, there are posts saying that the glare is only produced IF it's not properly aligned / without proper projectors.

Now this is what I don't understand:

1. What does it means by no proper projector? Does it means that some user just stick in the HID lamp and let it shine like that without the item shown below?

2. If I buy this kind of headlamp for my persona as shown in picture below with HID kit 4000K / 4300K, will it produce glare to other people? Because I've read some other forum in US stating that with a proper projector, there will be clean cut off of the light beam and hence, reducing glare effectively.

3. I've a concern whereby if I buy the projectors that has rings like picture shown in question 2, what happen if the ring light burns out? Do I have to change the whole headlamp?

4. Same like question 3, what if HID lamp mulfunctioned? I can just change the lamp without the need to change the whole kit right?

5. Does anyone know roughly what's the life time of these lamps?

6. And lastly the most inportant question, the headlamp shown in Question 2 can be fitted into the new persona elegance right? I believe the size and everything should be similar?

Really need some advice here. Hopefully someone can help to enlighten me.
