            <description>My friend ask me this morning but I dont have a clue to answer him. Hope sifus here can help him.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My friend purchased a DSL house and has extend his kitchen without getting permission from local authority. If now he wants to legalize the extension, what should he do? Any penalty imposed by the local authority because the renovation already finish without their permission?</description>

            <title>Histogram Question</title>

            <description>I am using Nikon D3100 for taking picture and Lightroom 3.1 for post processing. Is it normal histogram shown in my Nikon D3100 are different compare to histogram shown in the Lightroom 3.1? Usually when I import my picture to Lightroom, the histogram will be more to the left (darker) although my camera shown the histogram perfectly in the middle. Why is this happen? Can anyone explain?</description>
