[WTA]Regarding IPTA

Hey I got accepted into UiTM Arau for degree in Computer Science and don't get me wrong. I'm very thankful that I got this but I was a bit dissapointed that I didn't get to enter UTM. I was just wondering, is there by any chance possible for me to rayu to change the university or maybe at least change the campus?

So I got 2A's, 6B's and 2C's in SPM. A+ for English, A for Mathematics, B for BM, Sejarah, Agama Islam, Additional Mathematics, Chemistry, Engineering Drawing, C+ for Physics and C for Engineering Technology. I'm interested in taking Computer Science but I don't think my parents can afford sending me to college so is there anything that I can/should do? Anywhere I should apply maybe?

I bought a graphic card in April 2009 at PC Fair and I was given 2 years warranty. Earlier today I've sent it to a local distributor and they told me that the GC warranty has already ended in February. So is there anything I can do or is it time to buy a new graphic card?
