            <title>how to know our body genetic maximum growth?</title>

            <description>Hi there...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been lifting for a year and 2 months, started since Apr 2010, and i have record down the size of my chest, arms, bisep+trisep and weight every month.&lt;br /&gt;Since Dec 2010, the growth of size of my muscle seem to slow down, my chest only grow less than 0.5cm a month and some times it does&amp;#39;nt grow at all, especially for bisep+trisep, i can say it stop growing since than. At first i thought is was my body needs new protien and i changed it, but still the same, i try increase more on the weight i lift (i only increse 5lbs for each work-out every month previously, but now is 5lbs every forthnight), but still show only little improvement. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I heard about maximum genetic growth, and i cant 100% sure whether it is true.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any one have any idea?             <title>Penang base online supplyment store</title>

            <title>weight/muscle gain supplement means no need diet?</title>

            <description>I am new here, 170cm/52kg, need to understan more about body building tips.&lt;br /&gt;If a person taking daily weight/muscle supplyment such as whey/muscle tech, is that mean they do not need to diet and they can maintain thier usual food diet as before?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I just join gym last month, taking whey daily one serving only(due to cost saving and can last for 2month), go to gym and only concerntrate on chest, arm and back, monday chest and arm, wednesday, back and arm, friday, chest and arm. and i maintain my daily diet such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, but i try add more protien food like eggs, chicken breats, milk, and yougurt, is that the correct way?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;!--emo&amp;:hmm:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/hmm.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='hmm.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;</description>
