Hi guys. I am having some questions about interdistrict travel.

I and my gf are staying in pj but her appointment location is at putrajaya while mine is still pending. Can I bring her to putrajaya to vaccination even though my appointment is not confirmed yet?

Update: Just called bukit aman. The officer told me that I can bring my gf to putrajaya for vaccination even though I have not got my appointment yet. Just show mysj + miti letter and make sure that there are only 2 persons in the car.

SEREMBAN: Aduan berhubung keistimewaan yang diberikan kepada selebriti, Noor Neelofa Mohd. Nor ketika didakwa di Mahkamah Majistret Seremban, kelmarin telah dipanjangkan kepada Pengarah Mahkamah Negeri Sembilan untuk tindakan lanjut.

Ia susulan aduan daripada pihak peguam yang mempersoal keistimewaan diberikan kepada Noor Neelofa dan suaminya, Muhammad Haris Mohd. Ismail selepas kenderaan mereka dibenarkan parkir di premis Kompleks Mahkamah Seremban ketika didakwa, Khamis lalu.

Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Peguam Negeri Sembilan, Azmi Abdoll Aziz berkata, aduan tersebut dibuat oleh salah seorang peguam pada petang Khamis lalu iaitu pada hari yang sama pasangan selebriti itu didakwa atas pertuduhan melanggar prosedur operasi standard (SOP) Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Bersyarat (PKPB).

“Peguam-peguam di Negeri Sembilan ada membuat aduan kepada Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Peguam Negeri Sembilan tentang hal ini dan kami menerima satu surat bertulis daripada seorang peguam pada 20 Mei lalu (Khamis).

“Perkara ini (aduan) dipanjangkan kepada Pengarah Mahkamah Negeri Sembilan pada pukul 3 petang semalam (Jumaat) dan kami masih menunggu maklum balas berhubung isu tersebut serta pihak mahkamah akan jawab sewajarnya,” katanya ketika dihubungi Utusan Malaysia di sini hari ini.

Semalam, tular aduan peguam yang memaklumkan selebriti itu dibenarkan parkir dalam mahkamah manakala individu lain perlu meletakkan kenderaan di kawasan seberang jalan di mana perkara itu boleh boleh menimbulkan persepsi dan menjejaskan integriti mahkamah.

Sebaliknya, pengadu memberitahu hanya kenderaan milik kakitangan, peguam, polis, pendakwa raya dan pengecualian kepada orang awam (jika kurang upaya) dibenarkan parkir dalam premis mahkamah.

Malah, pengadu turut mendakwa bahawa ada sesetengah peguam yang dimarahi oleh pegawai keselamatan apabila mereka meminta untuk memasuki pekarangan mahkamah, namun mereka patuh kepada arahan bagi menghormati integriti institusi tersebut. – UTUSAN ONLINE

Hi sifus.

Just got the loan of my first home approved recently. May I know if it is okay to sign both LO and S&P on the same day? The banker is telling me to sign the LO on tomorrow, while the lawyer is telling me to sign the S&P on tomorrow also.

Some of my friends who have already bought their houses say that it is better to avoid signing both documents on the same day as we have to make sure that the loan is 100% secured first. If I sign the S&P but some issues arise from the side of the loan, wouldn't it be bringing troubles to me?

Sorry for opening another thread but this is regarding the project.

I just went to view the terraced house developed by a developer called Plenitude in Taman Putra Prima. 22 x 70 2305 sqft at a price of RM1.02 million. There will be a 15% rebate, thus making the SPA price RM867k nett. There will also be a cashback of approximately RM51k. Basically the wiring in the whole house is already done. Piping for aircond and water heater is done also.

Did anybody ever hear anything about this developer and project? Any reviews or suggestions please?
