I am so pissed off with my friends who make me wait for almost an hour now but haven't turned up at my place as promised. The same happened yesterday with another bunch of friends who arrived one hour late. They are wasting my precious time How could they ever work after graduating where first impression counts when they can't even manage their time and be bothered to be punctual???

I am so moving to Germany one day where everyone is disciplined to be on time.

But what about fresh graduates or those who are about to graduate? They haven't had the kind of established network as compared to those who are already working a few years (and worse, they don't have relatives/ friends of friends working) in the industry they wish to enter.. how?

The guy, who happens to be my coursemate (as well as a guy friend of mine) confessed via sms in April that he was falling for me. But he didn't push for an answer "yes" or "no" from me so I pretended nothing changed.. greeted him as usual when we met, just that I wouldn't initiate smsing him or talking to him unless it was necessary.

Reasons:
1) I knew he broke up with his gf not too long ago.. maybe it was loneliness that drove him to look for a substitute (and I happened to be nice to him by helping him out with homework, hence he has developed feelings for me) So I didn't really take him seriously.. Not to mention, he didn't insist of anything, so I pretended and avoided..
2) Also, at the same time, I was pursuing another guy.. Truth to be told, with or without this guy, I still wouldn't consider accepting that guy.

So throughout two months of semester break, the guy didn't sms me or anything so I thought he reconciled with the gf or forgot about me. And I honestly was relieved.

However, a few weeks ago, he was asking me for chances to know each other better. And he said he was jealous seeing me talking to other guys (our coursemates).. Hence, I thought of making clear that there's someone else (I am still pursuing the same guy and so far, things have been going well).. I have gotten help from friends as to what I should say to him which is "I am sorry, there is someone else. I am sorry for not telling u earlier but I am scared it will ruin our friendship"

It has been a few weeks since I promised that I would talk to him about it (to solve it) since he asked for chances to know each other. I know if I said yes to him, it would be obvious - giving him false hopes.. but till today, I still haven't talked to him. It was supposed to be last Friday but I chickened out and told him to meet tomorrow.. and once again, I am thinking of avoiding. Or just do it over sms. :S

Why I am scared..
1) I can't look into his eyes and tell him the hurtful truth.. I thought of making up lame ass excuses like I want to concentrate on my study blablabla but that's not true.. hence, I have to utter something that makes him completely give up on me..
2) I still want to remain friends - in a way that he won't hold grudges/ act bitter and just accept/ respect my answer. I am selfish right?
3) Once I have said out loud my rejection line, should I wait for his response in awkward or just grab my bag and run (lol I am such a coward.. but then he doesn't seem like he will hit girls though).. Can I ask could we still be friends? Will that be too cruel and unreasonable?
