Started a business, need an advise on dividing pro

Hello, I will try to explain my situation as much as possible.

I have just started a business for a few months with a capital from A of about RM5000. For the business I am doing, I would have to fork out RM350 monthly for maintenance and any extra cost I have to bear running the business. Say I have got a net income of RM750-RM350 = RM400. In the business, I am currently running it with another person called B. So me and B is actually running the business and A is merely a silent partner while me and C don't have any capital. How should I divide the profits? The figures above are merely an example. You may use your own example and it won't be a problem.

And then later on this person called C wants to give his own capital of about RM3000 in our business and he is too is a silent partner. And the maintenance had increased to RM800 per month. Say I manage to get a net profit of RM2200 - RM800 = RM1400. How should this net profit is divided with us 4? It is now me, A, B and C.

Please help. My business is running and I had not come to a conclusion on the percentages deserves by each of us. Basically I do every admin stuff, collect the money, start the business and B does the hands on work like the customer finds him and he has to provide the service. Even marketing it is 50-50 between us. Sure B may be doing tougher job dealing with customers answering calls and messages but any decision is up to me. But do I deserve more than him or do I deserve less? For me we both should get the same amount of dividen from the net profit.

What do you guys think? Please if you could, answer each bit of my questions. I really appreciate it guys. Thanks.
