Hots installation issue

Hi..
I tried to install HotS using official DVD but unfortunately cannot with error "The file localization.xml could not be loaded"
Anyone have experience of this error and how to solve it?
FYI, im using Win 7 64 bit, 4gb ram & hd6770.

Hi.

May I know if forum username can get expire or not?
This is because I have original username which I use several years ago, however couldn't be accessed anymore.
THis is particularly due to email used during registration was lost/unable to access.
Do LYN got expiration for inactive username? I would like to recover my original username.
So, either if I can do anything to recover this username or wait the username expire(if have this policy)

Regarding car loan

Hi..

Just want to confirm few things regarding car loan.
I have car under my name which use and pay by my sister. If I want to transfer(sell) the name to my sister name, I need to settle the loan balance to the bank right? I have another 5 years tenure so definitely it will be higher than current car market value.
My question is can my sister apply for loan with amount my loan balance? Because this will make the value is higher than the value of the car itself. Do bank allowed this?
If they allowed, how much fees needed to issue another loan? (Can I mark up this amount so it will include involved fees?)
(Insurance is other thing. I assume we can only insured base on current car value)
