Problem synching with 2 Vista PCs

Hi,

I am using X1 and need to sync with 2 Vista computers - my own home PC running Vista Home Premium with Outlook 2007 and work notebook running Vista Enterprise also with Outlook 2007.

I have a problem trying to sync with both computers. The sync center always give the error:

ActiveSync encountered a problem on the desktop.

No other error or info given to identify the actual cause. The only way I could get over this is to delete and re-create the partnership. No problems encountered after that no matter how many times I sync with it. Then, when I go to work and sync with my notebook, the same problem occurs and I repeat the fix. Now, if I go back to my home PC, again, same sync error.

It is never ending. I always have to delete and re-create the partnership to sync.

Any ideas?
