[WTA] Maxis Fiber Optic connection.

Greetings!! I need technical support that can explain how the things works for Maxis Fiber Optic connection. Here my case, right now I'm using 10MBPS Maxis Fiber Optic connection with RM118 monthly payment. When I does youtube streaming I can open up to more than 4 tab for streaming with 0% problem (totally extremely fast streaming and downloading). When I join online game server (counter strike) for local server , the ping was good, around 20+ but when I join other foreign server like Singapore Server, my is ping 200++, weird but Youtube streaming still extremely fast. I restart my modem and on/off it still the same problem I face. My friend using Unifi had no problem connect to Singapore server with ping 20++. Perhaps got related with my Maxis Thompson Router? Anyone can help me? Thanks !
