PJ Seksyen 14 and surrounding - a ghost city?

Hi there, is that true Petaling Jaya area around Seksyen 14 becoming a ghost city? I already visited most of the mall located within this area or neighbor such as Giant, Jaya Mall, and SS2 Mall. There is less people and only few shop available. The parking also not free and less cars at the parking lots. At night around 8.30 pm all shop already closed. Even shop at Digital mall closed early. I prefer to shop at Kelana Jaya (more lively place).

Restaurant is hardly available. Most of resident house (behind Digital mall) is empty. And the occupant is foreigners/ bangla / Nepal workers. The area look unmaintained. The road has lots of holes.

Anyone familiar with Seksyen 14 can explain this? Is this will cause down pricing in property? Thanks you

Hi all,

I am a student and looking for second hand car. Since my budget is around 20k-30k, i am thinking to take either hyundai getz 2007 or naza bestari 206 (2009). I do read review and comment in this forum and internet but still want to have more clearer experience or opinion from their owner here. I am the one with zero knowledge about car.

My questions are:
1) In term of maintenance which one is better? i.e spare part cost
2) Where to find their spare part or repair?
3) in ur personal opinion, Hyundai Getz 2007 or Naza Bestari 206 which one is better?

Mile age is around 80-89km. Already brought a mechanic to check, and he said everything is ok.
The problem is it is already 3rd owner, and i will become the 4th owner if buy.

how to multiple both matric in C++ and store it in Matrix_C[2][2]? I already googled but cannot find non square multiplication of matrices.

hello all,

can anyone help me to solve my 5800 XM touch screen problem?

here, some of the details about the problem:

- the phone does not respond to any touch input

- the only working input device is the hard button (green, white, red, camera, power and locked/unlock button).

- my phone is not in locked condition. (checked)

- already hard format, but still not working.
