ok i already promise someone that ill be volunteering for an event with the hopes of making new contacts. this has been a months worth of planning. then the night before the event another friend called up and said she's giving out free movie tickets and possibility of meeting students of my age is higher. (ill be meeting more parents and children of ages 5-10 on the first event)

i feel like not showing up for the first event but i feel bad for doing so. what do you think?
