Incomplete submission during MNP

I am a Celcom postpaid user trying to port into Hotlink since last week.
I have approached 2 customer service centres (1 in Paradigm mall and 1 in OUG Plaza) but after submission of MNP request, I did not receive any SMS relating to porting out.
Upon checking, I found that my submission was incomplete. Both service centres gave the same status.
May I know why?
Celcom did not receive any MNP request from hotlink at all.

This is a true scenario that happened to my friend. Wanna open this up for discussion.

My friend signed up with a company to work as a professional whereby the contract stated a minimum 45 hours work week. However, the working hours have always been 40 hours a week for everyone in the same ranking and my friend has worked 40 hours a week for the past 2 years.

Suddenly, his boss decided to make it compulsory for my friend and 2 others to work 45 hours a week while the other more senior professionals continue to work 40 hours a week.

Although still not a breach of contract, do you think this is a case of discrimination? What can be done about it?

Evergreen clauses in employment contract

I would like to know if "evergreen clauses" in employment contract are legal, especially if there is no provision of training/sponsorship for the employee?

DEFINITION of 'Evergreen' A contract provision that automatically renews the length of the agreement after a predetermined period, unless notice for termination is given. Evergreens are often used for long term agreements such as memberships or maintenance contracts. Eg. 2 years auto renewable contract for which if either party would be interested to terminate the contract, one must give notice 3 months prior to the END of the contract.

The argument is that nobody is able to guarantee that you will secure a job precisely during the period when the contract ends. As a result, you are most likely to "break contract" if you resign during any part of your employment period unless it falls within the narrow resignation notice period.
