WTA External HDD change file system

My external hard-drive is unable to access, format.
It's file ssytem suddenly changed into RAW file system.
It cant perform chkdsk due to it became RAW file system.
Now the hdd totally cannot be used.

Any expert know how to solve? How to revive my hdd?? how to change it back to ntfs file system?

Anyone have ideas or review on Dell Precision T1650? I want to know more about this spec whether suitable for a interior designer.

Fyi, the software that the designer mostly use is: 3d Max 2012 & 2013, AutoCAD... ( will update if still have others)

Processor : i7-3770
OS : windows 7-64bit
RAM : 8gb ddr3, 1600Mhz
HDD : 1TB 7200rpm
gpu : 1gb nvidia quadro k600
