Can property agent do viewing during MCO

Hi guys

Anyone have the answer that as a property agent, your agency side able to apply permit to travel & conduct viewing during MCO?

Cause my agency said MITI doesn't give permit to property agency to do so, but my other agent friend say their agency got the permit from MITI to travel for viewing.

Any clue on that?

Tenant challenge me on default rental

Just like to know what you guys think

I first time rent my room to one tenant

He never pay the rental since 1st day for 2 months

During first month of he defaulting the rental I have go police station try to log police report but police officer ask me paste notification on the room, which I did.

The tenant challenge me that it's against the law pasting the notice (I never heard of this law) and further didn't pay the rental.

Finally at the end of 1st month police station finally let me log a police report

So now I official ask tenant to move out.

But he accuse me on embarrass him when stick notification in his room which i think is not fair for me as he never pay the rental and give a lot excuses. I really lazy to argue with him and give him a deadline to move out

Facing harassment from user

Hi earlier one of my post is been reported as spam by a unfriendly user.

Have communicate with moderator that we are doing legal business here, the explanation is accepted.

Hence moderator have take down the spam report after we have changing the post following Lowyat Forum Rules & Regulations.

But now I don't not what this unfriendly user problem is -- he/she keep reporting my post as spam!

What can I do to this unfriendly user?
