Clinic bill more med than they give

Recently I went in my AIA app to check panel doctor bill, I find their itemized billing is billing more medication than they gave.

Like for instance I am only receiving 4 types of medication but they billed like 6 of them, one of them is Difflam Forte which cost easily RM40+- which they don't give to me.

Do you guys check your bill in AIA app vs your medication given?

How fast is "too fast" for female kolik?

That day we go out makan lunch with my female kolik satu team like 5 people, they chit chat sikit then notice I already finish my zhapfan then they said u ate too fast.

a plate of zhapfan with 1 egg 1 tofu and 1 steam minced meat I can finish in 5 mins, they besically all soft food that I can crush even with just my tongue, why they think I need more than 5 mins to finish?

How fast is considered too fast when eating zhapfan with dishes I stated above? Do u purposely eat slow/faster when eating with a group of female koliks?

Recently I park my car at temple then some body drove their car and scratched my car paint at bumper area while maneuvering their car.

I made police report, Sarjan said they have sent letter to car owner to summon them to police station, but it was ignored.
So sarjan adviced me to file claim on their insurance since I have dashcam prove.

My question,
1. How do I progress from here? I don't know what insurance they were under.
2. So these fella can hit your car and run without getting any consequences like at least being fined?
3. They did not make police report can I still claim their insurance?

Android Auto Dongle to recommend

I do have wireless charger built in to compensate on power drain.

Wifi coverage for 1000sqft

Hi I need advise on my home Wifi network coverage in 1000sqft condo

Problem : In living room using 5Ghz network I can get full speed 500mbps, but when I moved to Bedroom 2 or Master room I can only get <10% of the speed even with full Wifi signal with help from Mesh extender RE305 connected via WPS. Even with 2.4Ghz netowork I observed more than 50% drop in speed when I use it at bedroom 2 or master bedroom.

Current machine : Unifi provided D-link AX3000 @ Living room TV area marked in red
Extender : TP-link RE305 plugged at Bedroom 2 marked in red

I tried seek opinion from TP-link official store in Lazada, they suggested to me to get TP-Link Deco X20 or X50 2 units, 1 put next to main modem and another replacing the position in my bedroom 2, but before I actually invest in to this which may cost me about RM600+ anyone can give some opinion about this setup? I don't want to end up spent half k with no convincing result, I'm aiming at 80% speed at those dead zone if that is realistic.

Suspect got cluster headache, it came like alarm clock, if happen at 10am, everyday 10am
last for weeks

Strikes yearly, or sometimes few years once

Pain at left side temper/around eyes

LPG Gas Regulator 1.0kg/h enough?

I went shopping for LPG Gas Regulator, at first I thought all have same flow rate of 2kg/h

Then I bumped into one that got meter, almost pulled the trigger but notice the flow rate is 1kg/h, that's half flowrate VS the regular one without meter.

So I go check my table top hob manual but did not find any info about the flowrate requirements.

I'm using those glass top LPG gas stove with 5.2kw heat output, would the 1kg/h sufficient for my usage if I turn both the 5.2kw stove on max?

The guy also recommend me to opt for extended warranty, current is 2 years extend to 5 years from Panasonic at RM1370 for this bundle (originally RM1955)

Soundproorf sintered stone table top

Sintered stone table top produces loud knocking sound when you place hard material on table top such as ceramic bowl.

Would it be effective to soundproof sintered stone table top with sound deadening material pasted at the bottom side of table top like those installed in car door panel?

Or is there a better and easier DIY technique to solve this?

I do understand table mat will solve this problem effectively, but I am also exploring options to solve this without covering table top with mat.

For those who don't know what is sintered stone, it is not a marble table top, just take it as a man made stone that is harder than Marble, require less maintenance and more heat/stain/scratch resistant too.

Hi guys, I find the TM contractor whenever they come, be it upgrade modem for you or attend to your complaint, they would claim your cable got problem then charge u like RM60/RM80 for that.

Like every time they come they will say something of your hardware is not in good shape 1, I also seen my housing group people talking about these charges very frequently.

Personally I experienced my new house when first install they said my line tak cantik, then claim cable not good and change me for changing cable,
then a year later there is this speed upgrade with new modem, contractor come change modem also say my line tak cantik need replace fibre cable and charge me, tried raise this to TM they said the contractor verified the cable is in bad shapes, what if the cable is good can they simply claim is faulty then charge owner for extra income? Where is the control on this?

GPS to track people movement

Hi guys any recommendations for GPS to track elder people movement which does not rely on their phone activity?

The context is the old man in the house likes sneaking out of the house occasionally with phone turned off (not able to use google tracing) and unreachable through phone call and gone for half day without informing the family which can be worrying for the family.

I'm thinking if there is anything that I can put on his key so we able to track him even when he is out on his own at least we know his whereabout and being safe.
