I need to buy a laptop for my sister next week. Budget around 3k-3.5k. She said she want a good laptop for her architecture work. The program she will be using are

adobe photoshop cs4
adobe illustrator
autocadd 2007
sketchup 6
revit architecture
3D max
and others

So i already list out some laptops that suit which are

Lenovo Y580 FHD - GTX660 - RM3.6k
Asus N56VZ-S4079V FHD - GT650 - RM3.6k
Dell 15r SE FHD - AMD HD7730M - RM3.1k?

So my questions are

1) Between these laptop which is the best in term of heat on long term use (maybe 3-5hours), built quality, sound?
2) Dell with AMD H7730M just enough to run those archictec program? Or maybe i can boost the performance with other two nvidia? If not i will choose dell save RM500
3) Warranty and after sale service from dell is good. Lenovo after sale service is the same? I read asus warranty and reputation is bad nowadays. But as now im using asus laptop for almost 2 years+ but still dont have any problems (maybe lucky) because of its good built quality. So still can trust asus if i will choose that.

So need help from sifus out there to give opinions and decision which is the best. Thanks alot!

Ok, im having this problem lately, mainly when i go to asus website. the problem its when i change overview tab on the picture to specifications tab.
the yellowish colour on font (picture 1 and 2) start appearing after i change the overview tab to specifacations tab and then its came back to normal (pictures 3). pictures above show everything.

So, its normal or im having screen, graphic problem ? i just dont know what is it and what to do. its kinda annoying to see it. any expert here can help ?

Btw, im using this laptop for just for 3-4 days since i bought it. the model is ASUS A42JK. INTEL I5 520. ATI RADEON HD 5145.

P/S : Any other A42JK user having the same problem??

I plan to buy a new gaming laptop in two or three days.
to do assignment, works and mainly for playing games.
so my budget is below RM4000

maybe a latest brand? i5? i7? any recommendation ?
