parents of bf ask us to break up

hi all

i have a prob here..
i've known my bf since we were small (around age 7-12)..he is 2 years younger than me.
now he is still studying while i'm working.
we have been in a relationship for 1 1/2 years..
our parents known each other very well.they also suprised when we said we couple.
at first they don't mind. his parents always ask about me, whether i'm ok or not..
and his mom always tapau food for me.
i also always remInd him to study. in fact, i print his lecture notes, tried to teach him the Mathematics subject, etc..(cz i'm good in Maths)

but sumtimes he likes to play video games, wake up late, and sleep late. he also enjoy hang out with his friends and me. but i limit my time with him. we only meet once a week. cz i want him to focus on his study.

i always encourage him to study.i give him full support. but i dont know where was the mistake.
he is now get terminated from Uni as he had failed for several times.n now he re-apply to further study at the same college. still, i encourage him.i give him moral support..

when he got terminated from uni, his parents ask us to break up.
my bf said, it's not because they dont like me, but because they want him to focus on his study.
but for me, i didn't give any trouble to him. in fact, i always remind him to focus on his study first before anything else. at first my bf tried to let me go, but he couldn't. we love each other very much.

at last, he hide our relationship from his parents. my parents didn't know bout this. my parents thought everything's ok. his mom once asked him, how did i do. but my bf just kept quiet. he felt guilty lying to his mom bout our relationship.we didn't broke up. i also feel bad bout this. i ask him whether we should really break, but he said i should gim him moral support not asking bout that.

to solve this, we made a deal.we can only msg / call during weekends / sem break. and less call/msg if he went back to his parents' house.

for this, i have to be patience for almost another 3/4 years.. at that point of time i would be at 28/29 years old. his parents said, if we were really meant together, after he graduate, we can straightly go for married.
his parents also willing to support our marriage if we still together at that time.

to all, i need ur advice coz i dont like to be in a hidden relationship. is this a good/wise decision? i dont feel freedom in expressing our love cz we have to hide from his parents. his brother who is still studying also has a gf, but they dont have to hide. maybe his brother's studies is still ok..now i feel a lil bit unsecure but i still love him very much....

plz help me.....
