Hi guys, did you all have any method or the best way which to move numerous files about >30k to another server ?

can it be done by using command prompt??or any software can synchronize...whether the files has been copied or updated...

Let say now I have 2 servers. One server is currently running..and the user might update their files on that time, so...how can I actually copy all the files from that server and to another server by synchronize this 2 directory.meaning that..while copying the files, I also have to check back the source folders which has recent date modification and then copy again to destination folder..

any guy can give me an idea ??
