This is my first time buying a property for own stay, and currently eye-ing on kiara east dex 2, estimate completed in year 2016, one thing that I concern is that this property is under commercial title mixed development, if I buy one unit now, when GST implement April next year, do I need to pay for the GST as well?

Dear all,

I have a 2 years plus female schnauzer, she has a small tumor (around the size of 20 cent) on the side of her body. Brought to see a vet before, the vet asked me to monitor it for a period, if it didnt make my dog pain and it didnt grow bigger, then just leave it and not to let my dog to go through the operation process.

But now i noticed the tumor had grown slightly bigger..the growing rate is very slow...the tumor is ady on my dog's body when she was around 1 year old..so i decided to bring her to see another vet again and want to have an operation to cut the tumor away...

So anyone here can recommend me a good vet in KL or PJ area to have this kind operation?

I have a budget around rm2000-rm2500 to customize a destop pc..but i really noob in pc customizing...so i need opinion from u all in order to setup my whole desktop..

I require a fast computer with good graphic display...and wifi connector....prefer with second generation intel i7 (if possible)..

Without monitor..i will get a hd tv to connect with the cpu..

I plan to go to Singapore to work for at least 2 or 3 years, I own a 2 years old min schnauzer and i really "tak sampai hati" to sell her to others or put her on adoption when i go to SG...

Is it possible that i bring along my furkid with and work in SG? Plan to rent a house in JB, and drive to SG to work and return to JB every day, does this work?

BB Bold 9700 or Torch 9800?

Hi, all BB users and guru,

Firstly i was planning to get a bold 9700, but recently, BB has introduced another awesome model i.e Torch 9800 that made me cant make my decision

Overall i like the bold 9700....

As for torch 9800, i noticed from some online review that torch 9800 touch screen has some laggy issue, there is a rumour saying that coz torch using pre-production software and will be updated to fixed the issue, is it true? And i was attracted by torch's faster processor speed and the better camera if compare to bold 9700. However, i like the physical keypad more than touch screen kep pad (although torch has both). I think the phone OS is not an issue since bb bold 9700 will have BB os 6.0 soon in future.

so someone here can recommend me which model i should go for? please... really cant make decision here...

hi guys, i'm fresh grad from UUM, degree in accountancy (IS), currently working wif PwC as associate in Systems & Process Assurance (SPA)), but i'm planning to change from PwC SPA to other firm's (most probably Crowe Horwath) tax dept, do u guys think is this a good idea? and i got an offer from KPMG as audit assistant, if i dun change to tax dept, which 1 u guys think is better? PwC SPA (which is mainly deal with client's IT General Controls) or KPMG audit associate? I'm now in a dilema situation, should my career develop in SPA, audit assurance or taxation....?? having a unclear career future..but 1 think i sure is, i like to deal with number...but in PwC SPA, i think i will never had a chance to touch my calculator for working purpose...
