Automobile Oil Fumes

Have a situation where the neighbors constantly tinker with their cars at different times of the day. Unsure if they are storing petrol/diesel and topping up whenever they like, or its some sort of gear or used motor oils.
Either way, the hydrocarbon smell or fume is extremely smelly and when wind blows at the right direction all these fumes enter our house and pools on the upper floors smelling like a petrol station.

Ya we open the windows for good air circulation but we won't know when the neighbors will do this oil thing and when they do, the smelliness comes.

Any ideas how to prevent this?

Question about Laggy Screen

So I have this Redmi Note 5A that comes with Snapdragon 425 that's a predecessor of Snapdragon 435 powering the Redmi 4X.

Note 5A was a real battery drainer and this Snapdragon 425 processor seems extremely inefficient and the battery drops like stone every 2-3 minutes drop 1 percent.

And the scrolling of apps or browser shows really lagging unsmooth scrolling, jerky and jumpy.

May I know is the cause of jumpy scrolling a sign of really inferior GPU?

On the other hand I had tried the Snapdragon 435 in Redmi 4X which is at least 10 times more efficient than Snapdragon 425. No laggy scrolling too.

Speaker Pops and Crackles

My old Sony HiFi set speakers are crackling and popping intermittently during FM radio mode. Unsure if other modes are similar. Had tried to attach a wire to the amtenna jack and hook it to an old TV antenna but no improvement. Had also recut the speaker wire ends to ensure clean connection to the audio jack/clips.
Still having pop issues. If the pop is too excessive the HiFi system will auto revert to Standby and lost all FM settings.

Any idea what's possibly wrong?

If a person always wakes up in the morning and becomes extremely cranky, "blur", clumsy, pessimistic, light-headed and very hungry /thirsty, until a breakfast is taken, is this a sign of something related to health or just normal?

Knowing OS besides Using User Agent

I deal with a financial website that for some reasons, using an older browser (Chrome Version X) will always trigger Outdated Browser error on my current OS.

However I discovered that by using a very old Windows OS, using the same Chrome Version X but with a very specific User Agent, it can fool the website to pass the check.

However back to using the more current Windows OS, same Chrome Version X, using that specific User Agent fail to bypass it.

Both Chromes are actually portable ones so they are clones on both OS. Similar Chrome version, similar User Agent, different OS but both are 32-bits.

So my question is how does one fail and one pass. Does web servers know more things than just user agent? Like our OS? Do browsers send OS info in HTTPRequests?

Getting a job without voice or face interview

If a person has a personality (something like autistic) that avoids facial or audio conversations, is it possible to get a job without any interview in audio or visual methods? (ie. no Zoom interviews). But the person is competent with technical IT and can sit for any technical exams. Most interviews would have at very least audio conversations with the interviewer, however in such unique circumstance are there any workaround solutions or "excuses" to use to avoid visual/audio interviews and probably just depend on the technical exam? The person however is able to handle "chatting" style of textual communication.
